For shared use: swimming pool (7 x 3 m, depth 130 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.). Motor access (200 m via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Shop 5.5 km, restaurant 1 km, bar 1 km, bakery 1 km, bus stop "Office de Tourisme Nyons" 5 km, shingle beach "PLage du pont de la Lune" 5.3 km. Golf course (9 hole) 20 km, riding stable 6.9 km, walking paths from the house 3.6 km. Local sale of farm products. Please note: the owner lives on the same property.
"Chaud'abri", 1-room house 40 m2 on 2 levels. Practical furnishings: living/dining room with dining table and satellite TV. Kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Exit to the garden. Shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: gallery with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (140 cm). Electric heating. Wooden floors. Garden 100 m2. Terrace furniture, electric barbecue, deck chairs (2). Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.). Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Absolute recovery

We (my wife and I) were looking for a quiet place and we found it. Beautiful old building, beautiful landscape, beautiful people, beautiful nature. The olives and red wine from there was a dream. It was worth the 900 km drive. We like to come there again.

Gut ausgestattetes, kleines Häuschen mit provencalischem Charme. Trotz Sommerhitze bleibt es im Haus angenehm kühl und der Pool ist eine gute Erfrischung. Tolles Plus ist der Hofladen mit gutem Olivenöl und frischem Obst und Gemüse. Für uns war das Bett leider zu klein (1,90). Gelegentlich Geräuschbelästigung durch Straße ( besonders am Wochenende)

Funktionstüchtig, komplett ausgestattet, sauber, Pool mit ausreichender, nicht einsehbarer Liegefläche mit Schattenbereichen, sehr herzliche Vermieter, ruhige Lage, dennoch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig oder in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto, Obst- , Oliven-, und Ölverkauf direkt am Haus Pool mit

Perfekte Location im Drome-Provencal

Gemütliche, rustikale und landestypische Unterkunft, Hausteil mit eigenem Eingang und Gartenteil unterhalb des hübschen Örtchens Venterol. Zu Fuß 10 min zu Handwerksbäckerei und 2 leckeren Gaststätten. Sauber, gute Ausstattung, alles vorhanden für unbeschwerte Tage. Besonders erwähnenswert sind die komfortablen Fliegengitter an sämtlichen Festern! Perfekte Küchenausstattung für Hobbyköche. Hofladen mit Olivenöl, Oliven, frisches Obst und Gemüse. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Leben in einem Teil eines alten französischem Bauernhauses. Rustikal, aber richtig kultig. Frühstücken im eigenen Garten. Den Swimming-Pool haben wir im April nicht genutzt. Der Vermieter stellt selbst erzeugte Olivenprodukte her. Zum Bäcker im Ort sind es ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg.Die Unterkunft ist nicht für Menschen mit einer Gehbehinderung geeignet, da die Treppe zum Schlafbereich sehr steil ist. Frieren muss man auch nicht, da die Heizungen bestens funktionieren. Wir fahren wieder hin!

Toll! Wir fhren wieder hin!

Ein Teil eines typischen südfranzösischen Bauernhauses mit einem rustikalen Scharm. Ausstattung stimmt. Frieren muss man auch nicht. Frühstücken im eigenen Garten. Den Pool haben wir im April nicht genutzt. 10 Minuten bis in das charmante Dorf Venterol, um beim Bäcker das Croissant zu kaufen. Einzige Einschränkung ist unserer Meinung nach, dass die Wohnung für gehbehinderte Menschen schlecht geeignet ist, da die Treppe zum Schlafbereich sehr steil ist. Uns hat es super gut gefallen.

Nette Vermieterin. Gute Ausstattung. Alles Notwendige war vorhanden. Wir können es guten Gewissens empfehlen. Würde auch nochmal dort Urlaub machen. Die Gegend ist auch wunderschön und Nyons sehr sehenswert.

Maison sur 2 niveaux, très bien équipée, à proximité du Moulin Jouve (fruits et légumes locaux et huile d'olives), idéale pour des vacances au calme dans la Drôme provençale, très bien situées près de Nyons. Les propriétaires, habitant a proximité, sont également très sympathiques.

Un séjour exceptionnel

Ce séjour de deux semaines a été inoubliable. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et à l'écoute. Le gîte est parfait pour 2, il y a tout pour être bien à l'intérieur. Le terrain est bien isolé de sorte qu'on se sent comme chez soi. Piscine au top et le village de Venterol est vraiment très joli. Merci mille fois !

Très plaisant et paisible séjour

Très bien accueillis par nos hôtes dans cette maisonnette au calme, agréable, indépendante et charmante. Très propre et bien équipée, située à 10 mn à pied de la boulangerie du village et 5 mn en voiture de la jolie petite ville de Nyons. Espace de farniente délicieux autour de la piscine, petite mais parfaite pour se relaxer et se rafraîchir. Dernier régal mais pas des moindres : abricots, olives, cerises et autres produits de la ferme. Merci à toute la famille et à très bientôt, j’espère !

Repos, gentillesse et dégustations fruits et olives

Nous avons pu profiter de tous les avantages qu’offre la Drôme provençale en séjournant à Venterol ! Une semaine à découvrir, se reposer et déguster les fruits frais cueillis devant notre porte l’après-midi même par nos hôtes super accueillants et sympathiques ! Nous reviendrons ! Mme Hoisne

Rustikales aber gut eingerichtetes Ferienhaus. Freundliche und Hilfsbereite Vermieter. Eine Gegend zum Wohlfühlen. Guter Wein aus der Region und super Olivenöl aus eigener Herstellung. Hinweis fuer eine Umweltplakette wäre sinnvoll.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, viel Platz, sehr schöner Garten und ausgesprochen nette Gastgeber! Die Lage hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Auch unser Hund war herzlich willkommen.Wir durften alle Olivenölsorten der hauseigenen Ölmühle probieren und haben uns vor der Abreise mit gutem Olivenöl eingedeckt. Reisetipps: Der Wochenmarkt in Nyons lohnt einen Besuch!
