"Les Camélias", 4-room house 126 m2 on 2 levels. Renovated in 2018, beautiful and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with dining table and TV (flat screen), radio. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 190 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Exit to the terrace. Shower, sep. WC. Top floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with rooflight with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with sloping ceilings with rooflight with 3 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Shower, sep. WC, double hand-basin. Gas heating. Terrace, south-west facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (2), box-room. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in guter Lage

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Haus hat eine zentrale Lage in Perros- Guiric. Das Haus hat einen gepflegten Zustand und war sehr sauber. Der Kontakt zur Verwalterin war sehr nett. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen.

Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und angenehm renoviert. Die Räume sind groß und hell, die Betten sehr bequehm. Die Küche ist umfassend ausgestattet. Der Gasherd ist sauber und funktioniert zuverlässig. Großer Fernseher mit deutschen Kanälen, modernstes WLAN, bequeme Sitzmöbel, zwei große Esstische. Das Haus liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet, zu Fuß ca. 10 Minuten zum Ortszentrum. Der Strand Trestraou ist über Fußwege und Treppen in 30 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, mit dem Auto in 3 Minuten.

Entspannt inmitten der Rosagranitküste

Für uns als Familie mit zwei Teenagern war das Haus ein idealer Stützpunkt für Aktivitäten und Ausflüge. Der Weg zur Dorfmitte, zum Strand und zum Yachthafen war nicht weit und viele Wanderungen konnten wir vom Haus aus starten. Wir haben fast jeden Tag gebadet an unterschiedlichen Stränden, obwohl das Meer nur 17 Grad warm war. Das Haus war großzügig, die Betten wunderbar, die Küche gut ausgestattet. Auch die Verdunklungsmöglichkeiten in allen Zimmern haben uns sehr gefallen.

Maison spacieuse au calme

Les enfants ont été heureux d’avoir tant d’espace . Les parents satisfaits du calme du voisinage . Mais la plage est à une certaine distance et j’ai personnellement eu du mal avec les retours de la plage car il faut remonter soit par de nombreuses marches soit par un chemin montant. Ceci est une réflexion toute personnelle puisque j’ai 82 ans . Merci à la propriétaire de son accueil . Nous avons passé de belles vacances.

Fijne woning in een rustige buurt. In een kleine 15-20 minuutjes wandel je naar het centrum van Perros-Guirec waar allerhande handelszaken aanwezig zijn. In het huis alles van keukenmateriaal aanwezig. Twee douchekamers en twee toiletten wat handig is met 2 koppels. Top vakantiewoning en correcte verhuurder/eigenaar. Een aanrader.

Belle location un peu loin de la plage

Location parfaite. Nombreux équipements, très spacieuse pour 7 personnes. Possibilité d aller faire ses courses dans le centre ville de perros. La plage, quand à elle, est un peu loin si vous avez des enfants et que vous souhaiter y aller à pied.
