Beautiful, rustic house "Le Lanchon". In the hamlet La Tainnerie 3.5 km from the centre of Le Vrétot, 8 km from the centre of Barneville-Carteret, 32 km from the centre of Cherbourg, 11 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: large garden 3'000 m2 with trees, meadow, orchard. Motor access (250 m via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Shop 3.5 km, supermarket 8 km, bus stop "Maison du Biscuit" 2 km, sandy beach 11 km, indoor swimming pool 16 km. Golf course (18 hole) 11 km.
"Le Lanchon", 3-room house 94 m2 on 2 levels. Beautiful and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with dining table, satellite TV, radio and DVD. Exit to the garden. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with rooflight with 1 bed (90 cm, length 190 cm), 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with sloping ceilings with rooflight with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Sep. WC. Oil heating. Patio. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (4), box-room. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Man sollte beachten, dass ca. 300 m bis zum Haus ein teilweise holpriger Waldweg ist, der bei Regen rutschig werden kann, auch bedingt durch Trecker die geterrte Zufahrtsstr. teilweise ziemlich verschmutzt ist.

Superbe location, propre, fonctionnelle, très calme, où la vue sur le verger est un ravissement chaque matin. Rares sont ces lieux où vous vous sentez parfaitement en harmonie avec la nature tout en étant à proximité des plus beaux sites du Nord Cotentin. Nous avons reçu un accueil formidable sur place et la région du Cotentin est magnifique sous le soleil et l’un des rares endroits respirables en France en période de canicule.

Wir waren zwei Wochen in dem neuwertigen und gepflegten freistehenden Haus mit toll ausgestatteter Küche (Spülmaschine, Kapselkaffeemaschine, Kühl- u. gefrierschrank). Wir können das Haus empfehlen. Sehr nette Vermieter und ein Haus in ganz ruhiger Lage auf einem großen umfriedeten Grundstück aus Rasenflächen und 8 Enten im Gehege unter vielen Apfelbäumen, aus deren Äpfeln der Vermieter selbst Cidre und Calvados herstellt. Die Abgelegenheit muss man mögen, ist mit dem Auto aber kein Problem.

Wir waren als Familie (4 Personen) in dem Ferienhaus. Als Stadtbewohner haben wir die ruhige Lage in Mitten der Natur sehr genossen. Besonders in Erinnerung bleiben uns die schönen Märkte und die schönen Küstenabschnitte. Der nahegelegene Ort Bricquebec ist ebenfalls sehr nett und man kann dort gut einkaufen. Die Vermieter haben uns bei der Ankunft nett begrüßt. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber.

Wundervolles Anwesen mit Apfelbaumgarten

Das freistehende Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Alles ist gut ausgestattet. Vor allem die Schlafzimmer im oberen Stock sind sehr schön. Der Garten ist ein Traum: riesige Rasenfläche unter Apfelbäumen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett! Schon nach wenigen Minuten setzt die Erholung ein - es geht gar nicht anders... wir würden immer wieder hierherkommen. Wir waren mit drei Jungs im Alter von 4-11 Jahren da. Bis zum Meer sind es nur ca 15 Minuten mit dem Auto.Allen hat eshervorragend gefallen!!

Eine schöne Zeit in Frankreich/Normandie

Wir waren ab Ende Juni für zwei Wochen in dem wunderbaren, neuwertigen und gepflegten Ferienhaus mit toll ausgestatteter Küche. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub in der Normandie mit viel Sehenswertem. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen und können es empfehlen. Sehr nette Vermieter und ein Haus in ganz ruhiger Lage auf einem großen Grundstück.

Ruhe und Natur

Es war himmlisch ruhig, außer Enten und Schafen war von Lärm nichts zu spüren, und die Tiere haben nicht gestört. Das Eigentümer-Ehepaar war sehr freundlich und hat alles genauestens erklärt. Und selbst gebrannten Calvados gab es auch noch. Wir waren vollauf zufrieden.
