Bright, beautiful and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with dining table, satellite TV and DVD. 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 2 beds. 1 room with 1 french bed. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC, sep. WC. Electric heating. Parquet floors. Excellent Property

A lovely property 200 metres from unspoilt beaches. Les Cordylines is a lovely well presented holiday home with plenty of space and large garden. Madame is most helpful and a conscientious owner. This is a unspoilt part of Normandy with superb beaches and small towns.

Aangenaam

Zeer geriefelijk huisje met een volledig afgesloten tuin. Onze hond kon naar hartelust in die tuin rond lopen. De zee is vlakbij een het strand is er vlak. Ideaal voor wandelingen met je hond. Kortom een super locatie.

Alles in zeer goede staat

Aankomst, zeer vriendelijke mevrouw heet ons welkom. Koekjes en appelsap op tafel, uitleg over het huis en omgeving. Duidelijk. Wij hebben ondanks het weer ons prima vermaakt in de omgeving. Heerlijk voor onze honden. Gewoon prima verblijf.

Mooi en ruim vakantiehuis.

Zeer mooi, ruim en goed onderhouden vakantiehuis met een zeer ruime, geheel omheinde tuin. Paradijs voor ons en voor de hond. Daarnaast zeer vriendelijke eigenaren die ons wederom heel warm onthaalden. Aanrader.

Normandie pur - Sehr schöne Wohnung TOP

Wir haben eine Wo. in Anneville-sur-Mer verbracht und wir sind von der Wohnung begeistert. Wohnzimmer, 3 Schlafzimmer, ein Bad/Dusche mit Toilette, +eine sep. Toilette, ein riesiger Garten, nur für uns 4-er Familie mit Hund. TOP. Etwa 4 Gehminuten bis zur Düne und am Strand. Die Wohnung ist ein Traum, liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Es hat alles was es braucht. Herzensliebe Eigentümer, besser kanns es nicht sein. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Schönes Haus mit Ameisen und Geruch

Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und schön eingerichtet. Es gibt alles was man braucht. Badezimmer und Küche sind neu. Es ist alles sauber geputzt. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und schön. Die Vermiterin ist sehr freundlich und zuverlässig. Leider hatten wir viele Ameisen im Haus, teilweise sogar im Bett. Das Haus hat leider einen starken alten modrigen Geruch, so dass alle unsere Kleider und Taschen danach riechen. Vorallem die Schlafzimmer und ein Schrank rochen sehr unangenehm.

Tolle Ferienunterkunft mit großem eingezäuntem Garten in der Nähe der Dünen mit direktem Strandzugang. Sehr gepflegtes Haus und sehr freundliche Gastgeberin! Empfehlenswert!

Wir hatten diese Unterkunft bereits zwei Mal vorher genutzt und waren/sind voll begeistert. Wollten diese Unterkunft für 2025 erneut buchen, aber der von uns gewünschte Zeitraum war schon vergeben - leider. Es passt einfach alles und die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.

Gerne wieder

Sehr gepflegtes, gemütlich eingerichtetes u voll ausgestattetes Haus. Der umzäunte Garten war perfekt für unseren Hund. Selbst in der Hochsaison war in der ganzen Gegend nicht viel los. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 5 min mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Sehenswürdigkeiten (Mont Saint Michel 90 km, 75 min, Landungsstrände 70 km, 60 min). Sehr freundliche Vermieterin, welche viele Infos zur Region für uns hatte. Waren rundum zufrieden!!

Super für Familie mit Hund

Vom Haus zum Strand sind es nur ein paar Meter. Der Strand war schön ruhig. Das Haus selber hatte einen schönen großen umzäunten Garten. Nachbarn haben wir keine gesehen. Es gab Liegestühle und Sitzmöbel für mehrere Personen. Das Haus selber hatte einen schönen großen Wohn-Essbereich. Die Küche war funktional ausgestattet. Es hatte nichts gefehlt. Es gab auch ein Gäste WC. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ein paar Minuten mit Auto entfernt. Es war ein wirklich empfehlenswertes Haus.

Geeignet für Großfamilie

Wir haben zwei schöne Wochen in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Vermieterin ist sehr zuvorkommend und verbindlich. Das Haus ist gepflegt, der Garten für eine große Familie mit Hund sehr geeignet. Für uns war die Nähe zum Strand sehr attraktiv. Manchmal waren wir dort fast allein. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
