Schöne Wohnung und Lage
Die Wohnung liegt wunderschön und hat einen tollen Blick. Sie hat sehr schöne Außenbereiche. Das Bad ist renoviert worden, was sehr angenehm ist. Die Küche ist eher funktional und sowohl von der Ausstattung als auch dem Stand etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Casa molto carina ma pecca in alcune cose
Casa molto carina, bella posizione, poco distante da Palau e altri centri limitrofi. Unica pecca non ha aria condizionata e neanche ventilatori,sono stati quelli dell’agenzia ad averceli forniti(per fortuna). La consiglio comunque.

FeWo mit schöner Aussicht
Die FeWo liegt in San Rafael an etwas erhöhter Lage. Zum schmucken Port wo es ein Restaurant und Bars sowie einen kleinen Laden gibt sind es ca. 400m Fussweg hinunter. Die gleiche Distanz bis zum nächsten kleinen Strand. Die FeWo hat einen grossen gedeckten Sitzplatz. Leider sind keine Polster zu den Liegen und Stühlen vorhanden. Die FeWo ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Ausser dem Bad dürfte das Ambiente der anderen Räume etwas aufgefrischt werden. Die Küche mit Zubehör ist nicht mehr Zeitgemäs

Spitzenlage
Wunderschöne Umgebung. Die Wohnung hat genug Platz für eine Familie mit 2-3 Kindern. Die Terrasse ist sehr großzügig und als voller Wohnraum zu sehen. Zu Fuß ist man schnell an einem kleinen Lebensmittelgeschäft für frische Brötchen und Brioches am Morgen und an der herrlichen Piazetta für einen Aperitif. Es gibt viele Strände in der Umgebung und es lohnt sich unten im kleinen Hafen ein Boot zu leihen um zu den Inseln zu fahren. Der Service der Verwaltung ist super freundlich und schnell! Man trifft sich im Büro in Palau und wird zum Haus begleitet. Rückfragen werden sehr schnell beantwortet, große Klasse. Es gab nur zwei Kritikpunkte: Leider gab es keine Polster-Auflagen für die Liegestühle. Und die aktuelle WiFi Lösung ist nicht zu gebrauchen. Trotzdem empfehlen wir die Wohnung sehr gerne weiter!

Wunderschöne Wohnung mit Terrasse und Garten! Ausstattung ist sehr gut, die Räume ausreichend für Familien mit 2-3 Kindern. Man kann morgens schnell Brötchen holen gehen und abends an der Piazetta einen Aperitif nehmen. Schöne Strände in der Umgebung. Es lohnt sich im kleinen Hafen ein Boot zu mieten und zu den Inseln zu fahren. Der Service der Verwaltung ist große Klasse, sehr schnell und freundlich. Leider haben die Auflagen für die Liegestühle gefehlt, das WiFi ist nicht zu gebrauchen.

Sommerferien
Der Standort (Lage) ist super! Porto Raphael ist wunderbar. Den schattigen Autoabstellplatz haben wir geschätzt und die Gehdistanz zum Meer und zum „Alimentari“. Die FeWo ist praktisch aber sehr einfach eingerichtet. Die Terrasse ist super und kann als Zimmer angesehen werden im Sommer. Die Küche hat Renovationsbedarf. Das Mobiliar ist von schlechter Qualität. Wifi-Anschluss ist unbrauchbar. Für Sommerferien ist dies nicht schlimm, da man sich ja kaum in der Wohnung aufhält.
