Wir waren 1 Woche mit 7 Personen im Ferienhaus l'Escouarte. Es gibt genügend Platz im Haus und auf der Terrasse, die Küche ist reichlich mit Geschirr, Töpfen, etc. ausgestattet. Die Aufteilung der Schlafzimmer auf 2 Etagen mit jeweils Bad und separatem WC ist sehr praktisch. Fliegennetze an den Fenstern wären noch eine sinnvolle Ausstattung. Danke an Cedric für den flexiblen Check-in.

Maison idéalement située et très agréable

Maison entre lac et océan avec le charme d’un chalet en bois. Idéal en famille avec 2 niveaux, des 4 chambres, 2 wc et 2 Sdb. Un belle pièce de vie et une Terrasse ombragée et agréable. Petit coup de rafraîchissement des sdb et cuisine serait nécessaire - mais propres et utiles en l’état.

Bonne location dans l'ensemble...

Bonne location dans l'ensemble. Des points à souligner pour le tarif et la possibilité de la venue de deux familles ( 4 chambres) :Mauvaise insonorisation du chalet entre étage et rez de chaussée (on entend tout). Accès à la douche très très difficile dans la salle d'eau du rez de chaussée à cause du lave linge. Pas de clés du garage pour entreposer les vélos. Absence de sèche–linge qui serait bien utile.

La location est une maison en bois, une isolation parfaite entre les &# 233;tages n’est pas possible. Le cabine de douche va être rénové pour la prochaine saison . Un sèche- linge n’est pas indiqué dans notre descriptif, il est donc normal de ne pas en trouver sur place. Il en va de même pour le garage qui est réservé pour le propriétaire.

Séjour agréable toutefois la maison n était pas très propre à notre arrivée nous avons dû nettoyer la vaisselle pour pouvoir nous en servir . Nous aurions souhaité pouvoir nous servir du poêle pour nous chauffer car la note d électricité pour une semaine est trop élevée.

Super Lage und gute Ausstattung!

Wir haben uns in dem Häuschen sehr wohl gefühlt! Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet, gemütlich eingerichtet und ruhig gelegen. Die Terrasse kann man sehr gut nutzen. Nur die Duschen könnten eine Erneuerung vertragen. Die Schlüsselübergabe war sehr unkompliziert. Mit Fahrrädern kann man den See und das Meer auf schönen Radwegen problemlos erreichen.

Un chalet confortable à 8

Hors saison, le chalet est très calme. Les 4 chambres etaient parfaites pour accueillir 2 adultes et 6 enfants et ados, Les 2 salles de bain douche sont simples mais fonctionnelles. L'équipement de la cuisine est complet et fonctionnel y compris électroménager. On a tout utilisé . four lave-vaisselle lave-linge RAS Notre chiot a apprécié le terrain entourant le chalet. Les enfants ont eux adoré le Wi-Fi. On a juste regretté l'absence de barbecue électrique même basique.
