Beautiful house "Ekenäs", built in 2016. 6 km from the centre of Ronneby, in the residential district, 10 m from the sea, direct access to the beach, in a cul-de-sac. For shared use: property 1'600 m2 (fenced). Private: property 150 m2 with lawn. Rowing boat with motor (on request), parking on the premises. Supermarket 6 km, bus stop 750 m, railway station "Ronneby" 6 km, ferry "Helsingborg" 200 km, sandy beach 200 m, outdoor swimming pool 4 km, indoor swimming pool 6 km. Fishing possibilities 10 m. Please note: private mooring. The owner lives on the same property.
"Ekenäs", 3-room house 35 m2 on 2 levels. Object suitable for 4 adults. Bright, partly with sloping ceilings, beautiful furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed, dining table, satellite TV and CD-player. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed. Open kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Electric heating, underfloor heating. Upper floor: (ladder) gallery with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 10 - 75 cm with 2 sleeping facilities. Terrace roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). View of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, iron. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm.

Traumhafte Lage

Zum zweiten Mal waren wir zum Angeln in Ronnebyhamn.Die Unterkunft ist sauber und modern ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Eine tolles,kleines Ferienhaus.Für 4 Personen kaum geeignet. Selbst für 2 Personen ist der Platz knapp.Soviel als negative Bemerkung. Die Lage ist hervorragend,ebenso die Sauberkeit und die Ausstattung. Alles hat ausgezeichnet funktioniert.Der Vermieter wohnt auf dem Grundstück und hilft bei Fragen sofort. Man sollte etwas englisch sprechen und verstehen. Das Häuschen ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Das moderne kleine Ferienhaus ...

Das moderne kleine Ferienhaus liegt sehr schön am Wasser gelegen. Die Heizleistung der Elektroheizung ist unzureichend, der TV hängt in Deckenhöhe. Falls man gerne Fernsehen gucken möchte, muss man mit einem steifen Hals rechnen. Gegenwärtig befindet sich das Grundstück aber noch in der Bauphase, d.h. schlechte Zufahrt zum Haus. Der Vermieter ist nett und unaufdringlich. Trotz der kleinen Mängel empfehlenswert! Reisetipps: Ausflug mit dem zur Verfügung stehenden Boot durch die Schären. Achtung: falls man den Motor anmieten möchte, unbedingt auf die Steine im Wasser achten, denn sonst ist schnell der Propeller hinüber und der Vermieter verlangt Schadenersatz.
