Private: natural state property 1'000 m2 with trees, meadow. Bathing jetty. Rowing boat, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 20 km, bus stop 190 m, railway station "Ronneby" 20 km, ferry "Helsingborg" 220 km, indoor swimming pool 20 km. Golf course (18 hole) 20 km, fishing possibilities 100 m. Please note: private mooring.
"Ängsjömåla", 3-room house 60 m2. Cosy and wooden furniture furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, dining table and satellite TV. Exit to the veranda. 1 room with 1 double bed. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Small, open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Wooden floors. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). View of the lake. Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Freezer approx. 70 l.
