Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra) with bar. Shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: 3 rooms with sloping ceilings, each room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 190 cm). Bath/WC. Electric heating. Parquet floors. Terrace 20 m2, south-west facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (2). Facilities: washing machine, iron. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the bedrooms will be available for use.

Erholung pur

Sauberes und großes Ferienhaus, große Küche, schönes Wohnzimmer. Bäder könnten renoviert werden. Schöner großzügiger Garten mit windgeschützter Terrasse. Nur ein paar Minuten zum Strand, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe und auch Supermarkt und Bäckerei in ca 3 km Entfernung. Sehr netter und unkomplizierter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter.

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und sehr nah am tollen Strand. Küche und Bäder sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber und funktional. Die Ausstattung war gut, uns hat nichts gefehlt. Der Wohnbereich ist sehr schön hell und geräumig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Freundliche und reibungslose Übergabe.

Vermieter i. hohen Alter ist ein Original, toller Typ... Im Ferienhaus funktioniert die Entlüftung i.der unteren Toilette u. Bad nicht. Ist ausserordentlich ärgerlich, ... Die Küche könnte 4 Arbeitsstunden Schreiner gut gebrauchen, Türen aus Scharnieren gebrochen. Suppenteller nur 2 vorhanden bei 8 Leuten? 1 grosser Topf, 1 gr. Bratpfanne, 1 gr. Siebschüssel, Fleischgabel u. Kartoffelstampfer währen bei 8 Per. u. Kleinkinder ratsam. Schwierig für 8 Pers. Spagetti zu kochen. Alles puristisch bestückt. Kochzubehör war nicht ausreichend. Sauberkeit mit Staubflusen unter Möbeln lässt zu wünschen übrig. Treppenstufen i. 1.OG mit den Bremsstoppern als Trittkante sind richtige Stolperfallen; ... Haus, Areal u. Ambiente waren gut.Sonnenschirm auf der Terasse (war wohl vorher Markise) ist auch erneuerungsbedürftig. Strandnähe zu Fuß u. Lage sind klasse. Schade daß es da an einer Fülle von Kleinigkeiten mangelt. Reisetipps: Crepes im Maronier Ortsteil RudolocRestaurant Les Rigatelles i. GoulvenRest. La Corniche i. Brignogan ( Fisch, Fruitsde Mer auch für Kinder)Ozeanopolis i. Brest bei schlechtem Wetter

Das Haus wird seit diesem Jahr von einem neuen Ansprechpartner betreut. Die aufgeführten Punkte wurden repariert, Gartenmobiliar und TV-Gerät wurden ausgetauscht und das Kochzubeh&# 246;r aufgestockt.
