Small, modern resort "Baia dei Gabbiani", built in 2017. 6 houses in the residence. 500 m from the centre of San Lorenzo al Mare, on the outskirts, 3.5 km from the centre of Imperia (Porto Maurizio), 15 km from the centre of San Remo, on a slope, in the residential district, 200 m from the sea, 500 m from the beach, road to cross. For shared use: well-kept terraced garden, 1'600 m2 (fenced). Terrace, garden furniture. In the complex: reception, WiFi, table tennis, washing machine (for shared use). Stepped path (12 steps) to the house. Shop, grocery, restaurant, bar, bakery, café 500 m, bicycle rental 300 m, bus stop 6.8 km, sandy beach 500 m. Marina 200 m, cycle lane 50 m. Please note: residence with electric gates. Main road close by.

Praktische Unterkunft

Der Bungalow war von der GrĂ¶ĂŸe optimal fĂŒr meine Freundin und mich und Hund. Jede hatte ihr Schlafzimmer. Die Wohnung hatte alles was man brauchte. Einziger Wermutstropfen war, dass die Hauptstraße direkt unterhalb der Anlage verlĂ€uft. Aber da war nur frĂŒh morgens was los. Die Verwalterin war super nett. Zu Fuß 15 Minuten ins Zentrum und zum Strand.

Wunderschöner Urlaub in Italien

Wir durften 2 Wochen in dem Bungalow verbringen. Es war alles sauber und wir haben fĂŒr nĂ€chstes Jahr erneut gebucht. Der Ausblick von der Terasse war einfach nur toll. Der Ort ist nicht ĂŒberlaufen, es ist aber alles im Ort und der Sandstrand ist fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar und schön. Die Vermieterin war sehr liebenswert.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet und hat einen tollen Blick auf das Meer. Der Ort ist fantastisch, kaum touristisch geprĂ€gt und verfĂŒgt ĂŒber einen angenehmen Sandstrand - speziell fĂŒr Familien. Kommen sehr gerne wieder. Die Betreuung durch die EigentĂŒmerin Gloria war exzellent.

Traumhafter Ausblick

Das Ferienhaus " Magnolia " hat alle Erwartungen ĂŒbertroffen. Sehr sauber, gemĂŒtlich und so eingerichtet, dass es fĂŒr den TĂ€glichen Bedarf an nichts fehlt. Die Besitzerin ist sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit. Werden nĂ€chtes Jahr versuchen in der Anlage wieder Urlaub zu machen, wenn etwas frei ist. Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer NĂ€he.Wunschlos glĂŒcklich mit dem Urlaub!

In dem kleinen Bungalow ist kein Luxus, aber alles vorhanden, was man fĂŒr einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Alles war wie auf den Bildern, sauber und liebevoll gepflegt. Uns hat lediglich manchmal der StrassenlĂ€rm von der Via Aurelia gestört. Da die Fenster den Schall gut dĂ€mmen und die Klimaanlage leise funktioniert, haben wir trotzdem gut geschlafen. Herzlichen Dank an die nette Gastgeberin G.!

Een complete bungalow model stacaravan. De airco is onmisbaar. De cabine wordt binnen erg warm bij veel zon. De cabine ligt direct in de zon. Buiten kunststof tuinmeubels en ligstoelen met parasol. Compleet ingericht zonder tv. Het internet werkte binnen niet. Geen WiFi ontvangst binnen. Soms lukt het buiten wel. Dit meldde de beheerder al direct bij aankomst. Goed sanitair. Harde matrassen. Ligging op ca. 500 meter van centrum San Lorenzo al Mare.
