Small, cosy resort "San Antoine". 6 houses in the residence. Below Monticello 1 km from the centre of L´Ile Rousse, on the outskirts, 24 km from the centre of Calvi, 68 km from the centre of Bastia, in a sunny, elevated position on a slope, 1.2 km from the sea, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside. For shared use: well-kept garden 2'500 m2 (fenced) with plants and trees. In the house: washing machine (for shared use). Parking on the premises. Supermarket 800 m, bus stop 950 m, sandy beach 1.2 km. Tennis 1 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner lives on the same property.

Kitchenette (dishwasher, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Electric heating, air-conditioning. Terrace roofed. Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of the sea, the countryside and L'Ile Rousse. Facilities: iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free).
