A holiday home where you’ll feel completely at home...

The ground floor features the following rooms:

The ground floor is nearly barrier-free.

Upstairs rooms:

- 2 bedrooms, each with a single bed

The terrace is partially covered, which is very pleasant. End your day there in a beach chair, basking in the mild evening sun...

There is space to park 2 cars next to the house.

If there are more than 6 of you, you can also rent the identical second house right next door.

Another spacious swimming lake is located about a 2-minute walk away in the area; it also has a non-swimmer section and is free to use. An even larger swimming lake is just under 2 km away. And a particularly great swimming lake with a water ski facility is located just about 8 km away.

Within walking distance is a small restaurant with an outdoor terrace and a mini-golf course.

In the Seepark, just a few minutes’ walk away, you can rent a small heated indoor swimming pool (approx. 9 x 4 m) along with a Finnish sauna. This can also be booked on-site. There is no pool in the holiday home itself.

The nearest supermarkets are located about 2 and 3 km away, respectively, both with bakeries, in the town of Walchum. The nearest larger towns with big supermarkets, about 10 km away, are Dörpen, Haren, and Lathen.

There are VERY many options for day trips in the area. And it’s just over an hour’s drive to the coast. It’s only about a 30-minute drive to the charming town of Papenburg and about 40 minutes to Leer.

Upon arrival, the beds will be made, and one large and one small towel will be provided for each booked guest. The linens package also includes 2 tea towels. Every holiday booking must include a linen package.

Group gatherings and parties are not permitted here!

Up to 2 dogs may be accommodated at this holiday home. You can include them in your booking during the booking process; otherwise, you’ll have to pay for them later.
