Golf course (18 hole) 14 km. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.
"Serena", 2-room house 40 m2 on 1st floor. Renovated in 2015, practical and rustic furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed, dining table, satellite TV and heating stove. Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer) with dining table. Shower/bidet/WC. Träume an den Oberitalienischen Seen

Sovazza, ein kleines, äußerst liebliches Bergdorf das seinen rustikalen Stil erhalten hat können. Darin eingebettet ein liebevoll gepflegtes Ferienhaus das den Charme der Umgebung bestens wiedergibt. Urgemütlich, großzügig mit offenen Wohnzimmer und sehr großen Garten. Erholung pur für jeden Gast und der Vierbeiner kann sich hier voll und ganz austoben. Hinzu kommen unzählige Möglichkeiten sich in der näheren Umgebung aktiv sportlich zu betätigen. Träume werden somit wahr!

Schönes altes Bauernhaus

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, in diesem urigen alten Bauernhaus. Ein besonderes Highlight ist wirklich die Terrasse, in den Sommermonaten bestimmt ideal zum Frühstücken und Abendessen, denn Mitte/Ende September war es uns zu kühl. Netter Vermieter, der uns noch ein paar Tipps gab, z. B. den Monte Mottarone mit dem 7-Seen-Blick.

Excellent séjour à Casa Serena

Idéalement située dans un village à plus de 600 mètres d'altitude ( fraîcheur garantie), cette location qui dispose de tout le nécessaire bénéficie d'une magnifique terrasse et d'un charmant jardin. Très bon accueil de S. et extrême gentillesse des voisins, sans oublier la pizzeria à deux pas de la maison. Parfait pour visiter la région des lacs d'Orta, Majeur, Mergozzo...

Sehr freundliche Eigentümer haben uns mit einer Grundausstattung begrüßt. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht. Wir haben den großen Balkon mit schöner Aussicht auf die Umgebung sehr genossen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet.

Un hôte très accueillant

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans l'appartement de S. Nous avons bien profité de la terrasse et du barbecue. Le logement est très bien situé entre lac Majeur et lac d'Orta, nous avons fait plusieurs randonnées en partant de l'appartement. S., le propriétaire s'est assuré que nous passions un bon séjour, merci à lui.

Fantastische Vermieterfamilie

Meiner sehr guten Bewertung gibt es nicht viel hinzuzufügen, außer das die Eigentümer der Unterkunft uns mit sehr viel Herz und Engagement, wie schon seit Jahren, entgegen kam. Es war nicht unser letzter Besuch in Sovazza.

Ruhig, typisch italienisches Bergdorf

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war sehr ruhig, idyllisch gelegen. Eine schöne Badestelle am Bach in der Nähe, wo man auch Grillen kann. Abends um 20 Uhr ein wunderschönes Glockenspiel. Man geht auf die Straße, wird sofort auf Italienisch gegrüßt. Unser Sohn hat mit einem Nachbarsjungen gespielt. Wir waren die einzigen Touristen im Ort und hatten das Gefühl willkommen zu sein. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht. Man kann wunderbar kochen. Das zweite Wohnzimmer draußen ist der Hit!

Alles prima

Das Apartement war genau wie beschrieben. Einfach eingerichtet, aber alles da, was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die überdachte Terasse und der Garten war ein Traum. Das Dorf ist sehr klein, aber Feste können sie feiern. Die Nachbarn waren alle supernett. Die Pizzeria nebenan ist gut.  Einkaufen kann man in Armeno. S. war hilfsbereit und immer ansprechbar.  Das Wetter war leider nicht ganz so gut.

Super séjour

Nous gardons un très agréable souvenir de notre séjour. Accueil chaleureux, appartement très bien aménagé, très grande chambre, nous mettre à l extérieur en étant à l' abris était un plus très apprécié. Une bonne pizzeria à deux pas. Les habitants sont très chaleureux. Belles balades à proximité .Que vouloir de plus.

Belle location en pierres,conforme aux descriptions et photos.Propre et bonne literie. Entre le lac d'Orta et le lac Majeur, idéalement située pour visiter les alentours. La terrasse ouverte est propice au repos et aux rêveries ! Le clocher de Sovazza rythme les journées et les nuits ! Merci pour tout !

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit großem Garten. Das Haus war bei Ankunft sehr sauber und gepflegt, der Ferienhausbesitzer sehr bemüht und gastfreundlich. Wir haben uns bis zum letzten Urlaubstag sehr wohl gefühlt. Mit kleinem Kind und Hund sehr zu empfehlen. Die Menschen im Ort waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Hundert Prozent zufrieden

Wir haben die Einfachheit, aber durch die große überdachte Terrasse doch zugleich Großzügigkeit der Ferienwohnung genossen! Bei jedem Wetter kann man sich dort wohlfühlen! Auch das Dorf ist einfach, aber liebevoll gestaltet! Wir kommen wieder!

Klein, fein und sehr zu empfehlen

Wir wurden vor Ort empfangen, da die Kontaktaufnahme per SMS nicht geklappt hat (besser XXX XXX benutzen). Der Besitzer kam extra um uns den hinterlegten Schlüssel zu zeigen. Wir bekamen eine Flasche Weisswein zum Ferienstart! Danke! Die Wohnung war Blitzsauber und funktionell eingerichtet. Wir genossen das „Aussenwohnzimmer“ sehr. Das Bett war bequem! Das zusätzliche Bett stellten wir neben unseres für unser Töchterchen (16Monate). Hinweis: ein Auto ist notwendig! Der Laden im Dorf ist geschlossen. Das Dörfchen liegt idyllisch, man ist schnell am Ortasee oder in Stresa.
