In the house: lift, storage room for bicycles (extra). 100 m long steep, narrow motor access to the house. Stepped path to the house. Width of access road: 200 cm. Parking (limited number of spaces) on the premises, public parking 200 m. Parking space or garage only for small to medium-sized cars. Shop 600 m, supermarket 3.6 km, bus stop 500 m, sandy beach 1.6 km pebble beach 1.6 km. Marina 1.7 km. Please note: Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house.
