Very nice location. Beach 80m and pool for the kids. Apartment has all utilities and is very comfortable overlooking the pool.Highly recomendable.

Schöne Wohnung, mit sehr sauber und geflägtes Schwimingpool , nähe zum Strand, nebendran Spanisches Restaurant, in Sommer auch Supermarkt. Parkplatz vor die Tür.

Strandnahe Ferienwohnung

Die Schlüsselübergabe hat trotz der Covid-19-Pandemie tadellos geklappt. Die örtliche Belegenheit der Ferienanlage ist als sehr gut zu bezeichnen. Gartenanlage, Pool und andere Pflegemaßnahmen im Bereich außerhalb der Fewos erfolgt regelmäßig mit gutem Erfolg. Der Sauberkeit beim Bezug der Fewo war o.k. Mängel wurden sehr zeitnah beseitigt. Erwähnen möchte ich auch, dass von Seiten der Eigentümer nicht immer genug für den Substanzerhalt der Immobilie getan wird.

Le logement est tres bien équipé et la piscine est tres ageable. Le balcon donne sur la piscine, vue magnifique et ideale pour garder un oeil sur les enfants.

Très bonnes vacances

Résidence très bien et très mignonnes Extérieurs bien entretenus Piscine agréable au retour de la plage ou au petit matin , vraiment bien Appartement parfait , très bien agencé, nous étions 2 adultes et 2 enfants . Et la terrasse tout ce qu' il faut pour les vacances , du petit déjeuné au dîner , nous avons profité du soleil tous les jours Le village de Pals magnifique avec toutes ses pierres et ses petites ruelles , à faire absolument La plage grande et on a pied loin genial pour les enfants Parfait séjour

Met twee personen is er voldoe...

Met twee personen is er voldoende ruimte in de accommodatie. Hier en daar wel wat achterstallig onderhoud zo als kastdeurtjes die scheef hangen. Inrichting is wel wat ouderwets. Buitenruimte voldoende ook als het regent kan je nog steeds buiten zitten. Leuk zwembad en genoeg ruimte om bij het zwembad te liggen. Reistips: Supermarkt 300 meter lopen vanaf de accommodatie is niet zo heel groot. Fietsen in de omgeving of wandelen is aan te raden. Overal zijn fietspaden en wandelpaden. Strand is ook zeer dicht bij 200 meter vanaf de accommodatie.Ruïnes d'Empúries is een bezoekje waard.
