Charmantes Haus für einen tollen Urlaub

Ein sehr schönes Haus, gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Große, helle Zimmer, 3 Bäder, tolle Aussicht von der Terrasse aus. Perfekt für 2 Familien. Die Gastgeberin Karin ist eine herzliche, hilfsbereite Person. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Superbes vacances

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Karin. L'appartement se trouve aux 1er et 2nd étage de la maison de la propriétaire, très gentille et prévenante. Il est spacieux et confortable, et la terrasse à la jolie vue sur le lac est devenue la pièce principale de la maison pendant notre séjour ! La situation de l'appartement permet de visiter les alentours proches (liaison en ferries pour Intra puis Les Îles Borromées au départ de Levano-Mombello à un petit 1/4 d'heure en voiture) et aussi quelques balades à pied à proximité (splendide cascade della Froda !) Très jolies plages plus ou moins fréquentées à une dizaine de minutes en voiture. Je recommande !

Obergeschoss war nicht gereinigt .... Ein Raum im OG wurde als Rumpelkammer genutzt und nicht wie auf dem Werbefoto als Schlafraum. Fernsehgerät war erst ab 5. Tag verfügbar. Unterkunft sollte dringend von Interchalet vor Ort neu begutachtet und qualifiziert werden.

In einem Raum im OG werden persönliche Gegenstände des Vermieters gelagert. Er ist nicht Teil der Ausschreibung und wird nicht als Schlafzimmer angegeben.

Die Vermieterin wohnt im Erdge...

Die Vermieterin wohnt im Erdgeschoss, ist äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Sie hat uns viele gute Tipps für Ausflüge in der Region und alltägliches gegeben. Für eine gemischte Reisegruppe von acht Personen ist die Unterkunft zwar sehr preiswert aber auch spartanisch eingerichtet. Wir konnten uns pragmatisch alle gut auf die Zimmer verteilen – für zwei Paare mit "Anhang" ist die Wohnung wegen der Doppelbetten aber sicher besser geeignet. Insgesamt ein gelungener Aufenthalt! Reisetipps: Castelveccana selbst ist eine –bis auf die auf jedem Grundstück wachenden Hunde– eine eher ruhige Gemeinde. In beide Richtungen See–auf– und abwärts sind in wenigen Fahrminuten Laverno mit Hafen und (Auto)–Fähre oder Luino mit großem Wochenmarkt gut zu erreichen. Ein Ausflug Richtung Locarno ins Tessin, z.B. in das Verzasca–Tal ist unbedingt empfehlenswert. Wandern überall sehr gut, Radfahren nur für Furchtlose und Profis ;–)

Tout correspond exactement aux photos, pas de mauvaise surprise. La vue sur le lac depuis la terrasse de la chambre est magnifique. La propriétaire est très sympathique et nous a donné de bons conseils. Elle parle un français impeccable. 6 vrais couchages sur 2 niveaux, 3 salles de bain, bref le descriptif est conforme et le séjour a été très agréable pour un tarif abordable. A recommander donc.

Haus mit Charakter

Wir hatten das Haus mit 6 Personen gemietet. 4 Erwachsene, 2 Teenager und ein Hund. Die großzügige, überdachte, überwiegend schattige Terrasse lud zum Verweilen ein. Wir haben dort schon morgens frühstücken können und gesellige Abende verbracht. Das Vorhandensein von 3 Badezimmern war auch sehr vorteilhaft. In der Küche war alles Notwendige vorhanden. In einem der beiden Schlafzimmer im Dachgeschoss war das Fenster defekt. Man konnte es nicht öffnen, was bei der Hitze im Juli eher nachteilig war. Da wir nur 6 Personen waren konnten wir auf eines der vier Schlafzimmer verzichten. Leider funktionierte der Fernseher während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht richtig, was grundsätzlich nicht schlimm war, allerdings lief gerade die Fußballweltmeisterschaft. Netflix funktionierte. Ein gut sortierter Supermarkt war keine fünf Autominuten entfernt. In dem Ort leben viele Hunde, was zeitweise nicht zu überhören war. Alles in allem hat uns der Aufenthalt dort sehr gut gefallen. Die Vermieterin war sehr entspannt, nett und hilfsbereit. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hat für uns gestimmt.

la propriétaire est très agréable et parle très bien français ( pratique pour avoir des conseils de visite de cette magnifique région ) maison très spacieuse, avec trois salle de bain donc très pratique à 7 Je vous recommande cette location dans cette très belle région .
