Private: patio (30 m2), garden furniture. In the house: burglar alarm system, washing machine. Motor access to the house. (3 steps). Public parking 80 m. Supermarket 4 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 200 m, bus stop 5 km, ferry "Intra - Laveno" 5 km, pebble beach 5 km. Golf course (9 hole) 8 km. Please note: car recommended.
