Cosy, rustic, comfortable chalet "Aualm", 1'700 m a.s.l., surrounded by meadows and fields. 2 houses in the residence. 11 km from the centre of Forstau, 12.5 km from the centre of Radstadt, 12 km from the centre of Schladming, in a secluded, sunny, elevated position, 5 m from the skiing area, in the countryside. In the house: sauna (extra). Infrared sauna, storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. 6 km long bumpy motor access to the house (mountain road). Parking (in winter), in winter 6 km. Bus stop 8 km, thermal baths "Alpentherme Altenmarkt" 16 km. Golf course (27 hole) 13 km, walking paths from the house, cycle lane, slopes 10 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Forstau Fageralm, Reiteralm 3 km, Obertauern 25 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Free ski bus service to the ski region Reiteralm. In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. Arrival via mountain railway (please note: opening hours from 09:00 until 15:30).
"Aualm", 6-room chalet 220 m2 on 2 levels. Cosy and wooden furniture furnishings: 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds, 1 double bed and shower/WC. Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table, dining nook and satellite TV. Shower, sep. WC, Sauna. Upper floor: 4 rooms, each room with 2 x 2 bunk beds (180 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC and satellite TV. Exit to the balcony. Underfloor heating. Balcony, terrace, patio. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs. Beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). 1 pet/ dog allowed. In summer the huts can be reached by car. In winter, ascent with the lift, luggage transport with the Skidoo. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the housing units will be available for use. 50409-000081-2020

Wir waren hier mit 17 Personen für ein verlängertes Wochenende. Die Lage ist fantastisch, schöner Blick ins Tal, kurzer Aufstieg zur nächsten bewirteten Hütte und weitere Möglichkeiten für kurze oder auch längere Wanderungen. Die Hütte selbst ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Das Highlight ist natürlich der Zapfhahn in der Küche. Somit ist kühles Bier immer garantiert.

Wunderschöne Alm mit toller Aussicht

Wir waren im Rahmen eines Betriebsausflugs im September dort und die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Aussicht ist außergewöhnlich schön und die ruhige Lage macht die Alm einzigartig. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und die Vermieter waren ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit. Wir können die Alm definitiv weiterempfehlen!

U Urlaub in den Herbstferien

Eines der besten Häuser, die wir je gemietet haben. Wir waren in den Herbstferien 2022 vor Ort und an dem Haus gibt es nichts zu meckern. Der Vermieter sowie das Drumherum hat alles hervorragend gepasst in fußläufiger Entfernung die Trinkeralm ein sehr nettes und faires Ambiente mit tollem Ausblick. Alles in allem ein sehr weiter zu empfehlen da Urlaub für Familien mit Kindern.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit! Die Hütte liegt traumhaft und sehr ruhig in den Bergen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Servus, die Unterkunft war einfach nur ein Traum. Jeder von uns wird dieses verlängerte Wochenende nicht vergessen. Leider ist der Kundenservice von Interchalet eine reinste Katastrophe. Per Email erhält man keine Antwort und telefonisch hängt man nur mehrere Stunden in der Warteschleife. Zum Glück haben wir dann die Telefonnummer vom Vermieter bekommen. A echter Österreicher sympathisch und lässig Auch eine Anreise ab 23 Uhr störte ihn nicht. Merce ... wir wern wieder kema

Einfach der Hammer

Wir waren mit einer großen Gruppe von 20 Personen vor Ort. Die Hütte ist einfach der Hammer und der Vermieter kümmert sich sehr gut um seine Gäste. Wir würden dieses Chalet jedem wirklich wärmstens empfehlen! Lediglich eine Kleinigkeit würden wir empfehlen und das ist Seife in den Badezimmern. Ansonsten rundum zufrieden. Vielen Dank

War wie versprochen, alles perfekt! Die Lage ist traumhaft. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt, ausser ...eine Kuschelecke, etwa ein Sofa, wäre schön, wenn man mit Kindern da ist. Für Ski Fahrer ist ein Zapfhahn da. So unterschiedlich sind die Bedürfnisse. Man muss wissen, dass man Ausserhalb wohnt und 20 min im 2. Gang bergauf fahren muss. Es lohnt sich!!! ...und war gut so!!! Absolut unkomplizierte Vermieter!!!
