Potential nicht voll ausgeschöpft
Schönes und gepflegtes Haus! Wlanempfang sollte jedoch im ganzen Haus und auch im Garten möglich sein. Der Grillplatz brauch dringend eine Grundsanierung. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hat bei kleinen Problemen immer zügig geholfen.

Sehr gute Lage! Toller Urlaub!
Die Finca besticht mit einer tollen Lage, nicht weit vom Ortskern. In Etwa in der Mitte zwischen Hafen und der Cala Agulla. Wir haben wirklich alles vorgefunden, was wir uns gewünscht und erwartet haben. Wobei unser Mittelpunkt klar die Terrasse und der Pool waren. Wer etwas Luxus sucht, ist hier nicht so gut aufgehoben. Die Möblierung ist in Teilen schon abgewohnt, was uns allerdings absolut nicht gestört hat. Wir kommen garantiert im nächsten Jahr wieder!!!

Familien Urlaub mit großen Kindern
Wir haben mit 10 Personen 1 Woche dort gewohnt. Tolles Haus, mit großen Garten und schöner überdachter Terrasse am Pool. Herrlich, wenn die Sonne beim Abendessen rumkommt. Es ist ein stilvolles Haus, das ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen ist (ein Waschbecken läuft schlecht ab, ein Badezimmer durfte nicht benutzt werden) Uns hat es nicht gestört und sehr gut dort gefallen. Die Beschreibung passt, alles zentral und fussläufig erreichbar. Gerne wieder, die Betreuung war sehr gut!

Sehr schönes Haus, in absolut zentraler Lage! Kurze Wege zum einkaufen, Hafen und Strand. Wir haben mit 15 Personen eine erholsame Zeit verbracht. Abwicklung vor Ort war einwandfrei!! Reisetipps: Arta, Capdepera, Cala Mesquidas

Ganze Unterkunft verschmutzt. ...
Ganze Unterkunft verschmutzt. Kein Geschirr abgewaschen.Mann konnte nicht einmal rund ums Haus gehen,lagen geschnittene Sträucher Fenster gehen teilweise nicht auf.Die ganze Finka sieht nur von außen gut aus. ich würde sicher kein zweites mal buchen. Reisetipps: Cala Ratjada ist ein wunderschöner Ferienort.

Das Haus wurde in gewohnter Weise gereinigt. Aufgrund eines
vorangegangenen Sturmes lagen abgebrochene Äste auf dem Grundstück.

Das Haus müsste dringend renov...
Das Haus müsste dringend renoviert werden ! Die Bäder vor allem !Die Küche mal wieder komplettausgestattet werden ! Kaffeemaschine ne Katastrophe 12 Tassen in ca. 30 Minuten. Töpfe fehlen, usw. Bestuhlung im Außenbereich alles locker, hält nur noch die letzte Schraube ! Ansonsten sehr zentral gelegen und alles schnell zu erreichen ! Pool könnte größer sein ! Ansonsten schöner Finca Urlaub !

Das Ferienhaus wurde vor Ort überprüft: Die Bäder sind
teilweise älteren Datums, teils mit neuen
Waschbecken und Armaturen ausgestattet und voll funktionstüchtig –
es konnten keine Unregelmäßigkeiten
festgestellt werden. Die Kaffeemaschine wurde entkalkt und ein weitere
Maschine zur Verfügung gestellt, ebenso
zusätzliche Töpfe. Das Terrassen-/Gartenmobilar wurde &#
252;berprüft, lockere Schrauben fixiert.

prachtig huis met veel gebreken
mooi huis maar er zitten nog al wat min punten. stroom valt steeds uit dus ook geen airco , geen vaatwasser wasmachine, bijgebouw voor vier personen geen airco en dat met dertig graden kan echt niet , als dat allemaal opgelost is ,kom ik graag nog eens terug ,nu is het drie sterren als dat alles opgelost is ,geef ik er vijf .
