Ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus. Alles war sauber und wie in der Beschreibung. Im Haus war alles vollständig vorhanden und funktionsfähig. Auch der Pool war sehr sauber. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin, die sich um alles kümmert und uns mit Früchten aus ihrem Garten versorgt hat. Gute Lage für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen (Autobahn ab Sa Pobla in Richtung Süden).

zu beachten ist, in der Zeit w...

zu beachten ist, in der Zeit wo wir waren, war das Haus sehr ausgekühlt, vorallem das Turmzimmer war sehr kalt, da keine Heizung vorhanden war. Reisetipps: überall in Aludia, die Restaurant die offen sind sehr gutes Essen. Ausflug -Soller, Cala Ratjada usw.

Gemütliche Finca

Die Finca hat alles was man braucht, zum Teil ist die Ausstattung in die Jahre gekommen und könnte etwas modernisiert werden. Wir wurden sehr nett Empfangen, mit einem Gemüsekorb aus dem eigenen Garten und wenn wir Fragen hatten wurden diese schnell beantwortet.

Tolles Haus mit guter Aussattung. Ruhige Lage, trotzdem zentral gelegen, mit dem Auto wenige Minuten, zu Fuß geht man ca. 35–40 min bis zur Altstadt von Alcudia. Sehr nette und hilfbereite Vermieter, völlig unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe bei An– und Abreise. Reisetipps: Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge ins Tramuntanagebirge. Altstadtbummel in Alcudia sehr zu empfehlen. Zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad von Alcudia nach Port de Pollenca entlang der Bucht, wirklich schön.
