In the district of Walchen 4 km from the centre of Piesendorf, 7 km from the centre of Kaprun, 10 km from the centre of Zell am See, on a slope, 4 km from the lake, 6 km from the skiing area. For shared use: terrace (25 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra), ski boot dryer. Narrow motor access. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking on the premises. Shop 1 km, bus stop "Walchen Bahnhof" 2.2 km, railway station "Walchen" 2.2 km, outdoor swimming pool 3 km, thermal baths "Tauern Spa Kaprun" 6 km. Gutes Haus, schwierige Vermieterin

Das Skigebiet ist top, das Haus hat eine schoene Aussicht und ist gut ausgestattet. Leider war der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin schwierig: Sie kam waehrend des Aufenthalts viermal ohne Ankuendigung ins Haus, was unangenehm war. Beim Check-out wurde die bar bezahlte Kaution nicht sofort zurueckgegeben; spaeter wurde sie wegen angeblicher Kratzer am Kochfeld einbehalten, obwohl diese sichtbar alt waren. Die Kaution haben wir am Ende nur mit Hilfe von Interhome zurueckerhalten.

Zimní dovolená

Velmi vstřícní a srdeční majitelé, bydlení na samotě na statku s úchvatným výhledem na údolí řeky Salzach a hory za ním. Dostupnost lyžařských středisek Zell am See a Kaprun do 20 ti minut, Saalbach do 30ti. Prostorná lyžarna s vyhříváním bot v přízemí, apartmán v patře je plně vybavený a pro skupinu až 16ti osob zcela dostačující. Možnost zapůjčení dětské postýlky zdarma. Děkujeme za nádherný týden pro 14ti členou skupinu z České republiky.

Tolles Haus mit super Aussicht

Das Haus war sehr ordentlich und gut Ausgestattet. Mit den Gastgebern sind wir gut ausgekommen und sie waren super nett und freundlich .Die viele Arbeit auf dem Hof und der gerade anstehenden Heuernte hielten die Gastgeber nicht davon ab sich Zeit für uns zu nehmen,uns Tipps zu geben und die Kinder mit einzubeziehen wenn es um Tiere füttern oder Traktorfahrten ging. Die Tiere und besonders der Hund waren für unsere Kinder besonders schön. Insgesamt war es ein wunderschöner,entspannter und zuglei

Fijn appartement om met vrienden en kinderen te logeren. Mooi zicht vanop terras. Dichtbij de piste van kaprun. Eigenaars wonen onder het appartement dus wel rekening houden om niet teveel lawaai te maken.

Traumhafte Osterwoche

Die Gastgeber Georg und Angela haben uns herzlichst betreut , waren immer hilfreich- und verwöhnten uns mit kleinen Geschenken bei unseren 3 Familiengeburtstagen während der Woche mit lokalen Spezialitäten- Brot und Schinken, Kuchen, selbstgebrannter Schnaps- eins leckerer als das andere...dazu eine tolle Unterkunft, ideal für unsere Familie mit 9 Personen- herrlicher Ausblick vom Balkon, feiner Schnee auch zu Ostern auf dem Gletscher- ein rundum gelungener Urlaub- wir haben uns bestens erholt!

Skiurlaub

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Die Unterkunft hat eine traumhafte Aussicht auf die Berge. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Für unsere Gruppe war die Aufteilung der Zimmer kein Problem. Frau Höller war immer supernett und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Geweldige vakantiewoning op superlocatie

Prachtige vakantiewoning op geweldige locatie, zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaren. Voor ons vroege vertrek werd de weg naar beneden 's morgens om half sneeuwvrij gemaakt!

Op zich prima vakantiehuis, wel ver en hoog van de piste vandaan. De verhuurster kwam ongevraagd huisje in, we maakten teveel geluid. Maar met 16 volwassenen in 1 ruimte kan dat niet anders.
