Ausstattung komplett, teilweise sollte der Bestand an Besteck etc. erneuert bzw. ergänzt werden. Die Matratzen sind so langsam an der Verschleißgrenze. Im Sommer angenehm kühl in der FeWo; bei kühler Witterung zu Saisonbeginn teilweise recht frostig in der Wohnung

Sehr schön gelegene und ausgestattete Unterkunft abseits vom Trubel. Für uns als Hundehalter super. Stets freundliche entgegenkommender Vermieter. Reisetipps: Man sollte auf jeden Fall beweglich sein– also Auto oder anderes.

Sehr nette Vermieter. Verständigung ohne Italienisch– Kenntnisse etwas schwierig, da auch Englisch nicht weiterhilft. Aber letztlich alles machbar. Wirklich schöner, recht neuer Pool (2013). WLAN außerhalb der Wohnung gut, drinnen nur schwach (war aber auch nicht versprochen). Wohnung für 2 Personen völlig in Ordnung. Geschirr etc. sehr reichlich vorhanden.
