For shared use: swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 15.Oct.). Private: large, beautiful, well-kept garden 1 ha (fenced). Bumpy motor access to 2 km from the house. Parking on the premises. Nearby attractions: Castel Viscardo 9 km, Bolsena 17 km, Acquapndente 19 m, Civita Di Bango Regio 20 km, Montefiascone 30 km, Todi 43 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
