Modernes Haus in toller Lage

Pros: Das Haus ist wunderschön . Schöne, moderne Einrichtung. Man hat genug Platz, es ist sauber, Dachterrasse mit Seeblick. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Wir kommen nochmal wieder :) Cons: Der Abfluss in der Dusche war verstopft

Modernes neues Endreihenhaus, teilweise noch in Arbeit

Pros: moderne, neue Ausstattung sauberer Zustand nettes Verwaltungspersonal Waschmaschine Blick auf Bodensee von Dachterasse Parkgarage großer Kühlschrank Spülmaschine schöner Gebäudekomplex (weitere ähnliche Häuser mit gemeinsamen Rasen-Innenhof) Cons: Schlafzimmerlage (Treppen zu 1./2. OG) für ältere Besucher ungeeignet zu eng für 8 Personen nur ein Bad (1. OG), sehr kleine Toilette im Eingangs-/Küchenbereich Haus generell hellhörig. vor allem Schlafsofa im 2. OG direkt an der Treppe keine Vorhänge beim Schlafsofa zur Südseite (Sonne, Fußgänger, Nachbarn/Üwkamera) Dachterassen ohne Trennelemente, jeder kann zu Nachbarparteien rüberlaufen bzw. reinschauen bei Garten, Terasse, Parkgarage standen zum Besuchszeitraum noch Arbeiten an. sobald fertig vermutlich Pluspunkt für künftige Besucher - für uns aufgrund aktiven Bauarbeiten ein Minus Messer in der Küche waren extrem stumpf WLAN Empfang nur bis ins 1. OG, obwohl Empfänger auf Dachterasse. umständliche Kabelführung außen rum durch gekipptes Fenster zum Router im EG kein bzw. schlechter Internet-Empfang aufgrund Nähe zur Schweiz Check-In wäre besser durch klarere Hausbeschriftung/-angabe und Klärung Schlüsselablage/Code. hatten Glück, dass Nachbarn die Verwalterin anrufen konnten
