Very beautiful chalet "Aurore", 3 storeys, built in 2006. On the outskirts, 950 m from the centre, 900 m from the skiing area. Private: garden with lawn. Terrace. In the house: ski boot dryer. In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Supermarket 1.4 km, restaurant, bakery 900 m, bus stop "Haute-Nendaz, télécabine" 1 km, railway station "Sion" 17.4 km, outdoor swimming pool 1.9 km. Golf course (18 hole) 18 km, tennis 1.9 km, ski bus stop 450 m, children's playground 2 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Nendaz 4 Vallées 900 m. Hiking paths: Bisse Vieux 500 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge).
"Aurore", 5-room chalet 190 m2 on 3 levels, north-west facing position. Spacious, comfortable and tasteful furnishings: entrance hall. Large living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace and TV. Exit to the balcony, north facing position. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Exit to the terrace. Sep. WC. Electric heating. On the lower ground floor: 2 small rooms, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC and double hand-basin. Bath/WC, shower.
