Welcome to the Mitterfelder Donaublick holiday apartment in Vilshofen an der Donau! Our spacious 125 m² apartment accommodates up to 10 guests, perfect for families, friends, or groups looking to relax, explore, and enjoy time together.



The apartment features a large living room with a comfortable sofa bed for two, another living area with a sofa bed for one, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, and a modern bathroom with natural light. Wi-Fi and TV are provided, and security cameras on the property ensure peace of mind during your stay.



Outside, a well-kept garden and a covered terrace invite you to unwind. Enjoy relaxing evenings with a gas grill and a small electric grill. Two free parking spaces are available directly at the house, ideal for larger groups.



The apartment retains its original 70s/80s charm and is being lovingly renovated to combine comfort and character.



A traditional Bavarian inn is located on site for your convenience. The region offers many excursions: Passau, Vilshofen, Ortenburg Wildlife Park, and Pullman City are all within easy reach. Nature lovers can relax in the Bavarian Forest National Park.



Pets (max. 2) are allowed for an additional fee—please note several cats live on the property. Smoking and parties are not permitted. Guided tours are available upon request for an extra charge.
