In the district of Großzerlang 12 km from the centre of Rheinsberg, 18 km from the centre of Wesenberg, in a quiet, sunny position, 20 m from the edge of the forest, 30 m from the lake, in the countryside, in the woods. Private: natural state property 1'000 m2. Available: canoe (extra). Rowing boat (Local agreement). 400 m long motor access to the house (via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Bus stop "Großzerlang, Dorf" 1.3 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Großer Pälitzsee. Please note: car recommended. Fishing [permit required].
"Haus Pälitzsee", 2-room bungalow 39 m2, on the ground floor, south-east facing position. Bright, practical furnishings: living/dining room with panoramic window with satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Bath/shower/WC. Electric heating. Terrace 24 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Beautiful view of the lake and the forest. Facilities: hair dryer. Parking (1 car) at the house. Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.

Die Unterkunft war sehr gut, sauber. Eine ruhige Ecke im Wald, man konnte runterfahren. ca. 30 m bis zum Wasser Padelboot ist vorhanden. Es war einfach Super. DANKE

absoluter Reinfall

Keine Ordnung und Sauberkeit, keinerlei Vorbereitung zb. Terasse keine Möbel aufgestellt und der Fussboden durchgefault. Das Panoramazimmer wirkte an Möbeln, wie vom Speermühl und sehr unsauber. Sind am dritten Tag abgereist. Die Terasse war garnicht zu nutzen, kaputten Fussbodenbretter. Habe mir den Fuss in einer der Löcher verstaucht. Alle Sitzauflagen waren sehr verschmutzt und verschlissen.Die Holzstühle sind total wacklig. Der Grill nicht nutzbar, weil die Grillroste total verrostet war.

Goldene Herbst Auszeit

Ich war eine Woche mit meinen Hunden vor Ort. Also so mega genial für Tier und Mensch. Das Wetter hat auch super mitgespielt, wir könnten viele lange Spaziergänge unternehmen.
