This unique estate is loaded with a gourmet 15 person theater with custom seats and bass shakers fireworks fiber optic wall, wood fired brick pizza and dance floor, DJ booth,arcade games, sauna and steam, full bar, fireplaces, cable TV, WiFi, shark tank, gourmet kitchen to die for,formal living and dining rooms,pool table, concierge service available, mins from malls and upscale shopping, great local restaurants, gym, treadmill,bike, private parking overlooking estate and an out door hot tub under the stars. Pool cave and swim up bar(seasonal). Outdoor fire pit and grilling. Professional Filming and video production friendly, references and genre required upon request.
