Our “Frankenliebe” holiday rental is located on the ground floor of a quiet six-family house and offers barrier-free access, ideal for guests with strollers, wheelchairs, or walkers. A parking space right next door makes loading and unloading a breeze. A bike shelter will be available soon. The 75-square-meter apartment features two comfortable bedrooms. The spacious master bedroom is bright and features a large closet, a comfortable bed, and space for a cot. The smaller junior bedroom offers a modern box-spring bed, a large closet, and a special ceiling lamp that projects a starry sky. The bright living and dining room is divided into two areas by a sleeper sofa that seats two. An internet-enabled TV and free Wi-Fi provide entertainment, while the dining area seats up to six people. The large balcony door opens onto a terrace with a view of the greenery. Our fully equipped, modern kitchen features an induction stove, oven, dishwasher, and a large refrigerator. A high chair is also provided. The naturally lit bathroom is sure to put you in a good mood, with a bathtub, built-in shower, and fresh towels. A hair dryer, soap, and shower gel are provided. The spacious entryway with a coat rack offers a warm welcome and provides access to all rooms, as well as additional storage space in the storage closet. The Frankenliebe holiday rental is located right in the heart of town. It sits in a completely quiet spot between the newly redesigned Bahnhofsstraße, which runs through Bad Staffelstein, and the Lauter, a cosy little stream whose gentle murmur creates a relaxing atmosphere. Bakeries, cafes, butchers, restaurants, pubs, and shopping are all within a 2-minute walk. The Obermain-Therme, the spa park, and the swimming lake are about a 10-minute walk away. The property is wheelchair-accessible with a direct parking space suitable for strollers and wheelchairs. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to midnight. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to arrange this if necessary. Keys are provided via a key box. You will receive the code in advance of your arrival. A cot or rollaway bed can be provided free of charge upon request. Pets are allowed upon request for a fee of 5 EUR per pet per night. The tourist tax of 2.50 EUR per person per night is due in advance via bank transfer before arrival. Included in the base price: Wi-Fi, bed linens & towels, parking. The total amount will be calculated after booking. Payment is due in advance via bank transfer.
