Positiv:Noch recht neue Wohnung. Blitzsauber. Sehr bequeme Betten. Ausgesprochen ruhig. Wunderbarer Ausblick.Negativ oder fragwĂŒrdig:Grundriss der Wohnung muss nach dem Zufallsprinzip entstanden sein. Ein Schlafzimmer hat das Badezimmer gleich nebenan, vom andern muss man die ganze Wohnung durchqueren. Die Wohnung ist in dem Sinne modern, dass Design offensichtlich vor FunktionalitĂ€t geht. In einem der Badezimmer gibt es ein Dusch-WC mit heizbarem Deckel, aber dafĂŒr hat es in keinem der Badezimmer irgenwelche Haken zum AufhĂ€ngen von TĂŒchern oder Waschlappen und auch zu wenig AbstellflĂ€chen. Die Polstermöbel sind zwar gut anzuschauen, ermöglichen aber keine bequeme Sitzposition. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist recht kĂ€rglich. Es fehlen beispielsweise irgendwelche Spiele fĂŒr Familien und insbesondere ist keinerlei Anleitung zur Wohnung zu finden, z.B. zu den GerĂ€ten oder zur MĂŒllentsorgung, etc.
