Panoramahaus Duhnen: This tastefully furnished, spacious one-room apartment with a balcony and a northeast-facing ocean view, located right next to the village fountain in the heart of Duhnen, was completely renovated for you in the spring of 2023.
You’ll love the cosy corner sofa with a view of the sea, the beautiful built-in kitchen, the comfortable dining area, and the high-quality box-spring bed, equipped with Emma 25 Hybrid mattresses.
The apartment is located on the 7th floor and can be easily accessed via the lift from the underground car park, where your parking space is reserved.
A modern swimming pool with a panoramic view of the North Sea, as well as a sauna and a solarium, are located right in the building and may be used by guests free of charge, subject to availability.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The next annual maintenance is scheduled for the period from 11.01.2027 through 30.01.2027. During this time, the wellness area—including the sauna and pool—will be unavailable.

War das erste Mal an der Nordsee und habe in diesem Juwel wohnen dürfen.
Hallenbad und Sauna inkl.
Sehr empfehlenswert.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Bushaltestelle und der schöne Strand im Umkreis von 150 Metern.
Kauft euch die Wochenkarte für die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel (direkt im Bus), äußerst günstig.
Unbedingt Helgoland mitnehmen.

Die Wohnung ist perfekt, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Eine Einschränkung gab es nur durch die Fahrstühle. Einer war dauerhaft defekt, der andere fuhr teilweise nur im Notprogramm, was zu ellenlangen Wartezeiten führte, insbesondere, wenn man Gepäck bei sich hatte. Da sollte dringend etwas gemacht werden.

Viele Restaurants mit reichhaltiger Speisekarte und humanen Preisen in unmittelbarer Umgebung,
Hier kann man ausgiebige Spaziergänge auf gut ausgebauten Wegen unternehmen.
