Wunderschöne Wohnung im siebten Stock! War dort mit meinem sechsjährigen Enkel, und die Aussicht auf die Nordsee war phantastisch! Ihm haben natürlich die vorbeifahrenden Containerschiffe sehr gefallen. Kann die Wohnung mit ruhigen Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Die Wohnung ist perfekt, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Eine Einschränkung gab es nur durch die Fahrstühle. Einer war dauerhaft defekt, der andere fuhr teilweise nur im Notprogramm, was zu ellenlangen Wartezeiten führte, insbesondere, wenn man Gepäck bei sich hatte. Da sollte dringend etwas gemacht werden.

Sehr gute Küchenausstattung,
Direkt an der Promenade gelegen,
Viele Restaurants mit reichhaltiger Speisekarte und humanen Preisen in unmittelbarer Umgebung,
Hier kann man ausgiebige Spaziergänge auf gut ausgebauten Wegen unternehmen.
