Ein besonderes Lob geht an das Team der Rezeption und dem Hausmeister-Service. Wir hatten bei Abreise etwas Wichtiges und durchaus Wertvolles vergessen. Dies bemerkten wir erst bei Ankunft am Heimatort. Ein Anruf genügte, und 2 Stunden später kam der erlösende Rückruf: Alles gefunden, wird per Paket nachgeschickt. Hat hervorragend geklappt. Nochmals ein ganz dickes Danke an ihr tolles Team. Positive Erfahrungen aus der Vergangenheit
