Holiday Home at Sanddornweg 11, approx. 800 m from the sea, with 6 bedrooms, a sauna, and a fireplace.
Holiday Home "Sanddornweg" Max. 12+1 guests
This brand-new holiday home in the Baltic Sea resort of Koserow was completed in 2021 and can accommodate up to 12+1 guests. The generously designed ground floor features a spacious dining area adjacent to the fully equipped, open-concept kitchen, from which you can access the light-filled and partially covered terrace.
The living area, with its large TV and wood-burning stove, offers entertainment, a communal experience, or cosy tranquility. An on-site sauna is also part of the amenities.
The upper floor features 4 bedrooms; one of them can be converted into a bed. A cot can be added to two of them upon request. There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor.
The holiday home, which is approximately 220 m² in size, is only about a 10-minute walk from the beautiful Baltic Sea beach. At 42 kilometres long, the beach on Usedom is Germany’s longest continuous sandy beach. The flat coastline near the new pier and the steep cliffs of the forested Streckelsberg offer a variety of sights and experiences worth seeing and enjoying. Usedom is an attractive holiday destination not only when viewed from the Baltic Sea but also away from the coast. For those who enjoy hiking or biking, Koserow is the ideal starting and ending point for exploring the surrounding area, as the town—with its fieldstone church in the old village centre—is located in the middle of the island, right on the Baltic Sea.
Within walking distance of your holiday home, you’ll find restaurants, a mini-golf course, a children’s playground, a supermarket, and a department store. Thanks to its location, the holiday home is an ideal base for an active family holiday.
