The holiday home is a so-called “Nurdachhaus” built of wood. The kitchen opens onto the large, cosy living room, which features a leather corner sofa and a wood-burning stove. The dining table is situated by a large picture window, and there is access to the partially covered porch with lounge chairs. The bathroom includes a shower and toilet. There are two bedrooms on the upper level. The holiday home is equipped with gas central heating. Additionally, you can light the wood-burning stove to create a cosy and inviting atmosphere. Fishing is available in the farm’s own branches of the Aller River. We provide firewood free of charge in the shed. You can also securely lock away bicycles, bike racks, or roof racks in the shed. Welcome to the southern Lüneburg Heath region! The holiday home is located in a very idyllic and quiet forest settlement. The 1,000-square-meter natural property is situated on the former inland dunes of the Aller lowlands and is covered with distinctive pine trees. Thanks to the wooded nature of the unspoiled property, you’ll have a wonderful opportunity to observe birds and squirrels in their natural habitat up close. The oxbow lakes of the Aller River, just 60 metres away, are home to ducks, coots, moorhens, and swans—the latter of which are happy to be fed. At dusk, you can see bats flitting over the water. Fishing is available free of charge in the property’s own oxbow lakes. The Celle region is known for its well-developed network of hiking and biking trails through the varied meadows, forests, and heathlands, as well as along the Aller River. The “Allerradweg” offers particularly beautiful routes for cyclists here. For a leisurely stroll, head to Celle (17 km) with its historic half-timbered old town. Other excursion destinations include, for example, the famous Wienhausen Monastery (6 km), Walsrode Bird Park (70 km), Serengeti Park Hodenhagen (60 km), Hanover Zoo (50 km), Heidepark Soltau (75 km), the Gifhorn Mill Museum (30 km), Autostadt and the Wolfsburg Designer Outlet (45 km), and the Lüneburg Heath.
