Located in a charming village in northern Aveyron at 765 meters altitude, this characterful 150 m² house welcomes up to 8 guests for a relaxing stay on a private, fenced 1,300 m² plot, offering peace and privacy.



The ground floor features a spacious 70 m² living area with a fully equipped open kitchen, a cozy lounge, two bedrooms, a shower room, and separate WC. Upstairs, you will find two more bedrooms, including a master suite with private bathroom and WC. Bed linen and towels are included.



Amenities include a laundry room, large-screen TV, internet access, and various appliances: American fridge, microwave, mini oven, convection oven, capsule coffee maker, fryer, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer.



Outdoors, enjoy the garden furniture and gas barbecue. The house is heated by central heating and a wood-burning insert, ensuring year-round comfort. An electric vehicle charging station is available for an additional fee.



Lacroix-Barrez, nestled in northern Aveyron, is a picturesque village with stunning views of the Truyère gorges and Aubrac plateau.
