Wake up to a sea view and just a few steps from the soft, golden beach of Porto Cesareo: this is the true luxury of 'Villa Heart Island Sea View', a welcoming private villa in a maritime style with high-quality finishes, located on the Torre Squillace coast road.



Here, staying means experiencing the sea all day long. The villa is well maintained both inside and out, just 250 metres from the sea and main beaches, with amenities such as bars, tobacco shops and restaurants nearby. The interior spaces include two bedrooms, an open-plan dining room with a fully equipped kitchen, two fridges and an oven, a dining/relaxation area with sofa bed and TV, and a large, bright bathroom with shower and bidet.



The villa is private and offers fully equipped outdoor spaces with barbecue, relaxation area, sunbathing area, and benches with a typical rustic Salento table, ideal for enjoying an aperitif with a sea view.



It can accommodate up to 12 people. Small pets are allowed; large pets on request.



Wi-Fi is available free of charge in the house.
