It`s 50 meters away from the beach and the Ionian sea, Villino is a basic and modern holiday home, with garden, ideal for a relaxing vacation in Salento. It`s in the residential area of Torre Squillace, part of Nardò, between Sant`Isidoro and Porto Cesareo. It can accommodate up to 5 guests.

Villino is framed by a large garden, overlooked by another unit for up to 5 guests. The two apartments are independent and can be rented singularly.

Villino is introduced by an exclusive pertinet outdoor space with sofa and chairs. The holiday home consists of modern rooms, furnished with good taste: 2 bedrooms (double bedroom and bedroom with French bed), bathroom with shower and living room with open kitchen.

The living room has access to the garden, with an equipped outdoor area ideal during dinner. Moreover, in the garden there is a built-in barbecue grill and an outdoor shower.
The fifth bed accommodation is a camp bed. The holiday home is equipped with internet wi-fi, air conditioning in the corridor and parking area in the garden.

The surroundings of Villino 
The holiday home for rent by the sea in Salento is 50 meters away from th beach of Torre Squillace, a small residential area on the coast of Nardò. There are some restaurants nearby. The centre of Sant`Isidoro is 3 kilometers away while Porto Cesareo is even closer, 2 kilometers away.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 15 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
