The particularity of the house and 'the fact that an easily accessible from the kitchen without the inconvenience of stairs terrace level. The ceilings are vaulted ceilings, antique floors. There is heating, air conditioning, wi fi, washing machine, television. The house is 15 minutes from Lecce and Gallipoli, 4 km from the sea. In the house there are sheets in three languages (Italian, English and French) with all the necessary information about beaches, restaurants, supermarkets, places to visit etc ...
