Beautiful cottage "Mjuamåla". 2 km from the centre of Eringsboda, 30 km from the centre of Ronneby, in a secluded position, 1.5 km from the lake, in the countryside. Private: natural state property 2'000 m2, garden (not fenced) with trees, meadow, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 2 km, supermarket 30 km, bus stop 1 km, railway station "Ronneby" 30 km, ferry "Helsingborg" 207 km, sandy beach 3 km, indoor swimming pool 30 km, lake Åsjön 3 km. Golf course (18 hole) 35 km, fishing possibilities 1.5 km. Please note: fishing [permit required]. Animals in the neighbourhood.
"Mjuamåla", 3-room house 78 m2 on 2 levels. Bright, practical furnishings: living/dining room with dining table, satellite TV, CD-player and tiled stove. 1 open room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchen (3 hot plates, oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with Scandinavian wood stove (only for decoration). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). Entrance hall with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Wooden floors. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), sitting area. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot. Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Freezer approx. 60 l.
