This premium residence is located in Spadici, a district of Porec, just 250 metres from the beach and 1500 metres from the old town. The house offers a total of five holiday flats, four of which were completely renovated and modernly furnished in 2022. In the garden there is a shared covered terrace with dining table and barbecue for outdoor dining. On the ground floor of the house there is a shared living room with a small kitchenette and seating area, WC, washing machine and tumble dryer. Each flat has its own car park.
This holiday flat for 2-4 persons with a total living area of 55 m2 is located on the 2nd floor and consists of a living room with fully equipped kitchen, dining table and pull-out couch, a bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower, separate WC and balcony with seating.

Tolle Lage und ruhig. Check-in um 16 Uhr viel zu spät zumal wir durch die Nacht gefahren sind. Einen Kontakt zum Vermieter wäre hilfreich da wir früher rein konnten, dies aber nicht wussten. Die Agentur war freundlich und hilfreich. Die Wohnung war absolut sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung
