In the beautiful garden in front of the house is located a newly built pool 32 m2 with sun umbrellas and deckchairs, where you can relax.The ground floor consists of a living room, fully equipped kitchen with dining room, bathroom with tub and washing machine, and a covered terrace with garden furniture. The bedrooms are located on the first floor; A double bedroom, and a bedroom with two single beds. Two aditional sleap places are available in livingroom as a sofabeds. It also has air conditioning, satellite TV, bed linen and towels. The house has a large garden with private parking. Within 10 car minutes the first beaches and Porec city are reachable. Sehr schön hergerichtetes altes Bauernhaus mit großem Garten und großem Pool

Unseren Aufenthalt haben wir sehr genossen! Die Vermieter waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich und haben uns auch mit ihren selbstgemachten Produkten aus dem Weinberg versorgt. Pool, Garten und Haus sind top in Schuss. Vor allem für Hundebesitzer ist das große, umzäunte Grundstück bestens geeignet. Die ruhige, ländliche Umgebung bietet viele Möglichkeiten für Spaziergänge und Wanderungen. Alles in allem sind wir sehr zufrieden!

Tolles Ferienhaus auf dem Land

Gerne wieder!

Sauberes Haus mit ausreichend Platz für uns (2 Erwachsene und 2 Teens mit Hund). Traumhafter, sauberer Pool zum Entspannen und relaxen. Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt was für Hunde optimal ist. Rita und Mario sind sehr freundliche und besorgte Gastgeber. Marios selbst hergestellter Wein ist nur zu empfehlen. Können das Haus nur empfehlen, werden sicher nicht das letzte Mal dort unseren urlaub verbracht haben. Liebe Rita, lieber Mario, vielen Dank.

Wunderschönes Anwesen in ruhiger Lage

Sehr schönes Haus, gemütlich eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Herrlicher Gartem mit großem Pool Tischtennisplatte und Trampolin. Alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die ländliche Umgebung ist schön zum Spazierengehen. Mit Hund und Kindern perfekt. Sehr nette Vermieterin, die für Fragen immer zur Verfügung steht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden sicher mal im Sommer wiederkommen. Jeden Morgen kommt ein Bäcker mit dem Auto vorbei, ein schöner kleiner Luxus.

Traumhaus mit tollem Pool u. großem Garten in ländlicher Gegend

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes, gut ausgestattetes Haus. Das Vermieter-Ehepaar ist sehr freundlich und bei Bedarf da. Im großen eingezäunten Garten ist Platz für den Hund und der Pool ist einfach nur genial. In der ländlichen Umgebung kann man ausgiebige Spaziergänge mit dem Hund machen. Allerdings sollte sich der Hund nicht vom Bellen anderer Hunde anstecken lassen, denn die Wachhunde im kleinen Ort sind sehr aktiv. Morgens gegen 8.30 hält und hupt vor dem Haus ein Bäckerwagen (Aufschrift Elektro...). Ein wunderschöner Urlaub, wir kommen gerne wieder!
