Holiday Home 'Nova Ferienhaus, 50qm' with Private Terrace, Private Garden and Wi-Fi

Our vacation home is situated on a spacious property in a very quiet location - surrounded by woods, meadows and fields, which invite you to take long walks and bike rides. The historic old town of Ueckermünde with its numerous shopping facilities, cafés and restaurants can be reached in just a few minutes.



The house is designed for a maximum of 4 adults or families with 2 children, tastefully furnished and comfortably equipped with high-quality furnishings. The terrace overlooks a meadow to the south. The house has a covered barbecue area with comfortable seating, barbecue and flat-screen TV. Children have their own playground with sandpit, climbing frame and tree house within sight of the terrace.

Tolles Grundstück zur alleinigen Nutzung

Pros: Gepflegtes und modern ausgestattetes Gebäude mit tollem Außenbereich. Hier wurde von mir vorallem die Möglichkeit zum Rauchen in der Lounge-Ecke (geschützt bei jedem Wetter) genutzt. Im großen und sehr gut eingezäunten Garten hat sich auch mein Hund wohlgefühlt. Mit dem Auto ging es täglich zum Erkunden in die kleine Altstadt, an den Hundestrand und ein Tagesausflug nach Peenemünde war ebenfalls gut möglich. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und bei Bedarf jederzeit ansprechbar. Meine Hündin und ich kommen wieder.

Pros: Alles,das Haus mit Garten war für uns mit Hund optimal.Einrichtung super,bin von der Einteilung total begeistert.Es hat an nichts gefehlt.Für die Vermieter würden wir 10 Punkte geben,man kann nichts mehr verbessern.

Familien und Tier freundlich und eine ruhige Lage

Pros: Das Haus ist sauber und gepflegt! Die Kinder haben sie sehr über die Spielturm und das Spielzeug gefreut ( innen und außen bereich) Das Grundstück ist komplett umzäunt so das man ohne Probleme denn Hund laufen lassen kann. Das Grundstück ist so schön groß man hat genug platz zum spielen und toben.Die Terrasse und der kleine Wintergarten lädt ein für schöne Abende! Der Strand ist einfach super und Tierfreundlich. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich. Cons: Wenn man von Strand kommt fehlt was zum trocknen draußen( Wäscheständer). Das ist aber ein sehr sehr sehr kleines Manko.

Ein Ort zum entspannen!

Pros: Auf jedenfall die tollen Gastgeber, super freundlich, sehr zuvorkommend und auf das Wohl ihre Gäste bedacht. Dazu ein Ambiente das zum wohlfühlen und entspannen einlädt. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder. Danke für ein tolles langes Wochenende, es tat sehr gut!

Entspannung garantiert

Pros: Gemütlicher Bungalow mit weitem Blick und dank kompletter Umzäunung sehr gut für Hunde geeignet. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und um das Wohl ihrer Gäste bemüht. Wir sind mit der Bahn angereist und wurden vom Vermieter vom Bahnhof abgeholt. Danke noch mal!

Tolles Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage unweit der Großstadt.

Pros: Lage, Ausstattung, Umgebung, Gastfreundschaft. Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen. Es ist nicht so überlaufen wie auf den Inseln.

Rundum wohlfühlpaket.

Pros: Sehr gastfreundlich und ruhig. Sogar Spielzeug für die Kinder war einiges da und ein kleines Alpaka-Kuscheltier für jedes Kind als Gastgeschenk. Mehr Gastfreundschaft und Kundenfreundlichkeit kann man sich gar nicht wünschen. Besser als jedes Hotel in dem ich je war. Absolut empfehlenswert. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Cons: Zum Strand ist es am Ende doch recht weit. Fährt man die Strecke mit dem Auto, fällt leider jedes Mal die Gebühr für den Parkplatz am Strand an. Für Erwachsene ist die Strecke mit dem Fahrrad gut zu bewältigen. Für junge Kinder leider zu weit zum Fahrrad fahren. Aber das kann man ja schon vorher auf der Karte sehen.
