The stylishly modernised residence features a private pool nestled within the expansive park with its well-maintained trees. Modern marble bathrooms, a high-end kitchen with a cooking island, and designer furniture in a fusion style leave nothing to be desired. The outdoor dining area also offers an idyllic panoramic view of the Alps—the perfect place to relax, enjoy, and feel at ease.

Upon entering the villa, a wide hallway leads to the two living rooms, the dining area with a large dining table, and the spacious kitchen with direct access to the outdoors. This level also features 1 large bedroom with a king-size bed and an additional sleeper sofa, a full bathroom with marble finishes, and a guest bathroom.
The upper floor features 4 spacious bedrooms with king-size double beds—one of which includes an additional sleeper sofa—as well as a 5th bedroom with a bunk bed. Two full bathrooms with marble finishes complete this floor. A wraparound balcony connects all the bedrooms and extends on the west side into a terrace with a breathtaking panoramic view of Monte Viso all the way to the historic Castello Reale di Govone.
