superb Provencal farmhouse on 2.5 hectares of enclosed land
11X6 pool with 2.10 m diving pit
lots of outdoor games (table football, ping pong, football cage, etc.)
quiet but not isolated 5 minutes from the center of perigueux
Kawai grand piano for pianists who want to work (open only if you are a pianist because it is my work instrument)
very good bedding (bed 90, 160 and 180), household and household linen included
the charm of a park shaded by very old oaks and a cool house even in very hot weather
pets allowed if you collect the droppings in the park and they do not fit in the rooms.
I have rented my house for over 20 years, you have nothing to worry about.
on the other hand I wish to have a telephone contact with my hosts do not hesitate to call me for information

Wonderful house and garden

The house is full of character, with a large garden and great pool. We had a fantastic week here with the perfect mix of relaxation and lots of games in the garden for the kids to enjoy.

Jacqueline was a superb host. Everything was provided and every care was taken to help us have a wonderful stay. The pool sauna and spa were a fantastic extra and the kitchen was equipped with everything we could ever need. All this in the beautiful setting and gardens in the beautiful Dordogne. We would return in a heartbeat.

Lovely farmhouse with lots of welcome shaded areas

Had a lovely 1 week stay. Quiet location but near enough to local shops. The weather was very hot so benefitted from the shaded areas. There were quite a few mosquitoes so go prepared ( we weren't). Would recommend to family and friends

hello Madam thank you for your appreciation and the glowing comments for which I thank you however 4 stars seems a bit low to me I would like to point out that my house is not a farm there are no animals but a villa for mosquitoes I'm sorry but normally there are none this summer being very particular with a very long period of drought maybe they are attracted by the freshness of the trees

Exceptional property

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful house . The grounds are huge and full of surprises . We enjoyed the pool and hot tub but gave the sauna a miss! There are plenty of lovely places to visit in the area and although the house is up a quiet forested hill it is not remote and has all the shops you need within a 10 min drive. The owner was easy to contact and very helpful All together a great stay.

A beautiful house set in large gardens. Jacqueline was a great host and quick to help when we needed an electric fan as it was so hot. The pool was fabulous and there were lots of resources in the house (washing powder toilet roll and many garden games) thank you Jacqueline for sharing your home x

C’est une maison très paisible avec un immense espace extérieur idéal pour profiter en famille. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié tous les jeux disponibles, en plus de la piscine, du jacuzzi et du sauna. Nous aimons cuisiner, et la cuisine était très bien équipée avec tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Nous avons également profité du barbecue et de la plancha extérieure. La propriété correspondait parfaitement à l’annonce et aux photos — exactement ce à quoi nous nous attendions. C’est un endroit vraiment reposant, et nous avons adoré y passer deux semaines en famille. Un grand merci à notre hôte pour ce merveilleux séjour.

Der riesige Garten ist fabntastisch, obwohl die Wiese offenbar länger nicht mehr gemäht wurde. Es gibt Bälle, ein Fussballtor, Federball mit Netz, Tischtennis (ziemlich alte Schläger) und einen großen und gepflegten Pool. Das Haus ist geräumig, gut geeignet für 8 Personen. Mückennetze gibt es leider nicht. Da das Haus außerhalb der Ferienzeit vom Besitzer genutzt wird, gibt es einige Schränke, die abgesprerrt sind und es steht einiges herum, das eher den Platz wegnimmt als dass es für Besucher von Nutzen wäre. Einige INstallationen und Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber dafür muss man sich (z.B. mit tobenden Kindern) keine Sorgen machen etwas zu beschädigen. Die Spülmschine ist nicht sehr alt aber von schlechter Qualität. Geschirr und Töpfe/ Pfannen sind reichlich vorhanden, das Besteck ist nicht optimal, z.B. gibt es keine richtigen Streichmesser, sonder eher nur Steakmesser. Ansosnten ist in der Küche aber alles Wesentliche da. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich.

Bonjour Markus Vielen Dank für Ihr Lob. Die 2 Hektar des Parks werden alle zwei Wochen gemäht. Während einer Hitzewelle bedeutet zu kurzes Mähen, dass das Gras abstirbt. Wir sind auf dem Land und müssen mit den Launen des Klimas klarkommen. Was die Fischmesser angeht: Wenn Sie mich gefragt hätten, hätte ich Ihnen gesagt, wo Sie sie finden. Die Spülmaschine ist noch kein Jahr alt. Ich verstehe nicht, warum es während Ihres Aufenthalts Probleme beim Abwaschen gab. Ich freue mich, dass Sie einen schönen Aufenthalt hatten.

Maison à vivre !

La maison de Jacqueline est un havre de paix équipé de tout le nécessaire pour se détendre et se ressourcer au soleil dans la verdure et au calme avec pleins de petits détails déco sur lesquels s'émerveiller. Un mix entre tradition périgourdine le confort contemporain. La proximité des commerces et des chemins de randonnées est un vrai plus. La maison est propre, l'extérieur vaste et clos. Merci pour l'accueil convivial, le livret qui facilite le quotidien et les recommandations diverses : resto et autres. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour !

Insgesamt sehr gut. Haus, Garten, vor allem der Pool, Kommunikation: alles sehr gut. tolles Haus mit Charme und Charakter . Lage wunderbar. sehr ruhiger Garten. Bis zu der Dordogne und den Sehenswürdigkeiten dort ist es leider 1 Stunde weit entfernt. Ansonsten alles top.

Vielen Dank für Ihren sehr netten Kommentar. Tatsächlich ist das Périgord weitläufig, deshalb ist es Es gibt vier Périgords: Grün, Weiß, Lila und Schwarz Mein Haus liegt im Périgord Vert. In der Nähe des Hauses gibt es wie im gesamten Périgord viele außergewöhnliche Sehenswürdigkeiten zu sehen (Dokumentation vor Ort).

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine en famille dans un cadre magnifique. Je note principalement - Le parc arboré avec ses nombreux équipements (ping-pong, ...) - la piscine (un peu froide) suite aux conditions climatique défavorable - la propreté de l'habitation et des abords - la réaction immédiate du propriétaire pour solutionner un petit problème technique Je noterai également que la décoration intérieure pourrait ne pas plaire aux amateurs de design contemporain. En bref, une adresse à retenir pour vacances en famille(s).

Très beau cadre pour séjour agréable.

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances. Le calme au bord de la piscine, de la tranquillité dans un hamac, ou un bon ping pong est également sympa. De plus, tous les commerces sont à proximité. Très bonne communication avec l'hôte qui est réactive.

Einfach wunderbar!

Wir waren eine Woche in diesem wunderschönen Haus mit sehr geschmackvoller Einrichtung und einer umwerfenden Umgebung! Das Haus liegt in einem wunderschönen Park, der nicht einsehbar ist, man ist völlig für sich und in der Natur und hat dazu einen riesigen Pool, der in einer Hälfte auch tief ist, und einen tollen Jacuzzi zur Entspannung! Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit mit guten Tipps für Sightseeing in der Region, die wirklich einiges an Sehenswürdigkeiten zu bieten hat. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Vielen Dank für diese wunderbare Woche!

Pour ma 1ière expérience de location et dans cette région, je n'ai que du positif à exprimer... la maison correspondait exactement à mes attentes avec un terrain tout simplement magnifique. L'équipement est complet au delà même de ce qu'on pouvait attendre. Les enfants étaient ravis. Les propriétaires aussi sympathique que nous pouvions l'espérer... Prima vakantiewoning !

Mooi domein, vrij rustig gelegen, leuk zwembad, allerhande spelen, alle comfort voor handen, en voor de liefhebbers een echte vleugelpiano ! Het hele huis ademt artistiek uit. Bovendien is het terrein afgesloten, zodat onze hond kon rennen waar ze wou.

Un lieu d'exception

La maison de famille telle qu'on la rêve ... spacieuse, meublée et décorée avec goût et raffinement. C'est une maison qui a une âme et dans laquelle, d'emblée, on se sent bien. L'immense parc est magnifiquement entretenu, divers espaces y sont aménagés sous les grands arbres dont l'ombre est bienfaisante lorsqu'il fait chaud. On pourrait passer ses journées dans la contemplation de cette belle lumière qui filtre à travers les feuillages et dans l'écoute des oiseaux... Tout respire le calme et la sérénité, on se ressource, loin du monde ( et pourtant très proche de tous commerces ) et loin du bruit. La piscine est grande et régulièrement entretenue par un monsieur adorable et discret, l'eau est chaude et c'est un plaisir d'y passer de longues heures. Pétanque, ping-pong, baby-foot ou jeux de ballons s'inscrivent aussi au programme. Nous recherchions des vacances reposantes et régénérantes, nous les avons trouvées dans ce lieu enchanteur qui mériterait même une 6ème étoile !Et, il ne faut pas oublier un accueil chaleureux, avec de délicieuses confitures maison et du vin de la région. En conclusion, un séjour formidable et une adresse à conserver précieusement, mais que c'est dur de rentrer...

Prachtig huis. Goed schoon. Hele grote tuin met een heel fijn groot zwembad. Volop privacy en toch 5 min van de supermarkt/bakker en 10 min van Perigueux. Ideaal! Heerlijke tijd gehad!
