The view was amazing! The place had everything we needed. Beds were comfy! Kitchen was stocked with all the things you need. I would definitely stay here again!

Overall the stay was great during the busy week of July 4th. Elevators required a wait at times but that was expected.

Perfect stay

We had a combo work/vaca over spring break week and it was great! My spouse worked in the condo most of the day and I would stay on the beach and pop back in for meals, making it feel homey and easy to manage! We had some great meals on 30a too. We would definitely come back for another trip.

We had an amazing stay! The condo was clean and updated. Plenty of room for us. The views were beautiful. Everything was available that we needed. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Owner/manager was very professional and thorough. Upon arrival, we experienced delayed wait times for the elevator due to one being out of order. The code enforcer and staff were all very nice and friendly. Gorgeous balcony view of the beach and plenty of room to enjoy it! The condo was pretty clean. A/c worked well and we never ran out of hot water. Great location! Ice cream, donuts, arcade, putt-putt golf and go karts are directly across the street. Parking spot was conveniently located on the bottom floor. I would stay here again and will recommend to friends/family. Hopefully, all three elevators will be working again soon!

Reviewer Comments: Regrettably we didn't get the opportunity to take advantage of the amenities of this nice condo as we spent our days at the Seabreeze Jazz Festival. Not only was it comfortable, the kitchen (we cooked breakfast each morning} contained every utensil, pots, pans etc. you would need (EVEN A TEA KETTLE!) I noticed that there were lots of games to entertain kids as well. So even though we didn't spend a lot of time in this condo during the day, it was nice to return at evening and enjoy the comfort of 1202.

Great property, location & super clean! The view is amazing…beach chairs available as promised. The combination entrance is EVERYTHING! No waiting around for the key.

Great Location

Perfect location. Easy access to where we needed to go. Property is a little run down. Furniture is worn. Parking spot was very narrow for an SUV. The only person we came in contact with was the security guard. Very friendly and helpful.
