Vacation home FERGUNNA - Holiday home directly on the Kammweg with sauna

Your FERGUNNA holiday home is located along the Erzgebirge ridge trail in a sprawling, scattered settlement completely surrounded by forest. In a quiet, secluded location, right next to the forest and with a view of beautiful mountain meadows, you can enjoy this historic forest worker’s cottage dating back to 1875.
Count the colourful butterflies on our romantic mountain meadow. Explore the once-impenetrable forest between Bohemia and Saxony, which today serves as a habitat for endangered plants and animals. The list of nearby nature reserves is long. The network of hiking, skiing, and biking trails offers numerous possibilities. You can go swimming in the nearby Lehmhaider Pond.

In addition to its wild, unspoiled nature, the UNESCO World Heritage Mining Region offers rich cultural landscapes and historical monuments.

The cosy living room, featuring a large couch and a 40" flat-screen TV, invites you to relax.
Right next to the bright, modern, and fully equipped kitchen—featuring a beautiful, historic tiled stove—is the dining room with a second stove and incredibly cosy seating. There’s also a reading chair next to the bookshelf.
Our bathroom, featuring a walk-in shower, sink, toilet, large mirror cabinet, washing machine, and dryer, has everything you could want. To ensure there’s always plenty of space, a second, separate bathroom is available.
In the three bedrooms (2 double beds, 1 set of two single beds), you’ll find cosy XXL comforters! A travel cot for children is available upon request.
There’s also a cosy nook in the attic (height 178 cm) with three beanbag chairs, a small table, and 2 sets of yoga equipment.
In the spacious hallway, there is a safe/gun cabinet next to the coat rack.
All rooms feature natural stone or solid wood floors and have been renovated using eco-friendly materials.
The FERGUNNA is an old building dating back to 1875—a real gem! Please note that some functional details, such as window and door handles, step depths, stair inclines, and ceiling heights (attic), may not always meet current standards.
We are a NON-SMOKING HOUSE and ask that you wear slippers!
In the small barn, right next to the house, you’ll find the sauna and storage space for bicycles or skis.
Enjoy the large lawn and the sunny patio, which features a table and 6 chairs. You’ll also find a grill, a fire pit, and a clothes drying rack.
Of course, you can park right at the house (2 cars). There is a fee for using our electric vehicle charging station.



On-site costs: Payment must be made in advance via bank transfer. A 20% deposit may be charged after booking. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out must be by 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys are handed over on site. Pets are allowed upon request for €9.00 per night. A baby cot or rollaway bed can be provided upon request (free of charge). Any applicable fees (electric vehicle charging station) and improper (prolonged) use of the sauna



Check-in is from 4:to 8:00 p.m., and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
