Newly remodeled exterior. 2 minute walk to the free bus route from this lovely Park City home about 1 mile from the Park City Ski Resort. You can easily ski Deer Valley, Park City or the Canyons from here. Bus also goes downtown, which is less than 5 minutes away, or to Tanger Outlet Malls. You can walk or take bus to grocery and restaurants, so a car is not required.

THE VIEWS FROM THIS CONDO ARE AMAZING. There is an open space (pond in summer) with a lovely view of vast mountain ranges including Park City ski runs.

With 3 bedrooms, a loft, 4 full baths and 2 half baths, and a fully functional kitchen, this accommodations are comfortable! Kitchen is granite with stainless steel appliances, and includes things such as a blender and crock pot. There are 3 flat screen smartTV's in the unit, and WIFI throughout. This 3 level condo has a kitchen, dining area, gas fireplace and toilet on the first floor. The second floor has a huge living room with a wood-burning fireplace, toilet, and then the master bedroom which has it's own bathroom and steam shower with his and her sinks. Third floor has 2 bedrooms, bunk beds in the loft area, and a full bath. Master has king bed with twin pull-out, and both guest rooms have queen beds. The loft area has twin bunk beds.

This home has a heated 2 car garage with ski storage. (You can also valet your skis and leave them on the mountain.) There is additional parking in the driveway.

You can walk to the Peak resort for breakfast or a great burger or walk to Squatter's Restaurant. Easy walk to grocery store or bus stop. Convenient. Clean. Nicely decorated.

Deck has great views and Weber gas grill.

Unit does not have air conditioner.

Absolutely no smoking please.

Comfortable, Convenient Park City Townhouse

The description for this townhome is spot on! We had a very comfortable stay in this 3+ bedroom unit with a 2 car garage. It's the owner's residence and it feels homey, not like a staged rental. There are beautiful views from the windows, and we loved the location and the neighborhood. We appreciated how convenient it was to Park City, Canyons, and Deer Valley - less 10 minutes to each. And the unit is located in a beautiful, quiet, low-density neighborhood. As a bonus, there's a convenient short walking path for groceries and a few restaurants. The only negatives are 1) the unit is 4-stories - three floors of living space above the garage, and 2) and it's over 40-years old. Kathy, the owner, and host, was very easy to work with, and we look forward to staying again.

Beautiful Park City Getaway

We stayed at this home during our last trip to Sundance and had a wonderful time. First off, the property is in a very convenient location in Park City. Walking distance to the shuttle stops, and great market and restaurants just around the corner. The home itself is really nice, with lots of room through out the house. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed the large living room and the steam shower in the master bath! The property is great for either a full family or even a nice couples getaway. We would definitely try to stay here again in the future!

Lots of room. Be prepared for stairs. Good excercise. We loved the steam shower. Very comfortable king size bed in master. Great views . Close to everything we wanted to do. Would recommend!

Great location and views!

The location is perfect, close to everything, but quiet so you feel like you are getting away. Several floors gives everyone a place to hang out. Construction is complete and the outside looks like new. Can't wait to come back.

dealing with construction

we stayed here over New Years week. the condo was having construction on the exterior, which the owner did tell me about. that being said the construction was very noisy and at one point we had nauseous fumes on the main living floor and couldn't use it. owner was very apologetic but probably shouldn't have rented to us. if you do rent when construction is finished, the place has awesome views of park city mountain.

A great place to have a mountain vacation. Everything was just as described. Owner was a delight to work with. Convient to bus stop and a short ride to the slopes. Grocery and other necessities within walking distance.

As advertised, perfect for our Park City Visit

We visited for two months and found this to be an excellent Home for that period. It was close to hiking trails, our friends, the grocery, etc. The negatives are the multiple levels and having a kitchen (very well stocked) separate from the rest of the living area. The property is getting a bit long in the tooth in some areas, but not the detriment of our visit.

AMAZING condo!

We spent a girls' weekend at this condo and it exceeded every expectation we had!! I have stayed in a lot of VRBOs, and this one ranks at the top of the list! I'm sure I will return. It is a large condo with room for everyone to sleep, play, entertain, relax, or find their own quiet corner for some down time. The fireplace in the kitchen was my favorite! I am very sensitive to dirty rentals and this one exceeded my expectations...it is absolutely immaculate! The furnishings and decor are perfect, too...every detail has been taken care of for you. In terms of location, the condo is close to everything and has a lovely view of the mountains. You will not be disappointed with this rental!!!

Great Girls Getaway

We took a Girls Getaway and this was the perfect place. The condo was clean, comfortable with lots of space. Each room was cozy and cute. The location was great. The proximity was an easy trip to downtown, or over to the Olympic Park. The location was a block or two from a great walking path. And there is a garage, this was very nice.

Lovely home in beautiful setting

We spent a family weekend in this well-appointed home last fall. Plenty of sleep space for all of us. The views of the mountains from the deck are unbeatable. Warming up by the fireplaces in the evenings made the stay very cozy. Located in a very nice neighborhood with walking paths, convenient to the shopping of downtown Park City, as well as to the slopes for hiking or skiing, this home provided all the amenities of a great vacation.

Fabulous location and great condo with beautiful view of Park City mtn.

We had a fabulous stay at this condo. The location was perfect and the view was magnificent. It's in a great neighborhood; a short walk to the market and a longer walk to the rec center. The kitchen, dining room and deck made for great cooking. Its pet friendly and the garage is wonderful too for cold mornings. If I were to visit again, I can't imagine where I'd rather stay.

Great family trip!

We rented over Thanksgiving and had a great time. My wife and two kids plus our two dogs had plenty of space and all the amenities we needed and the location is great. Place is very well appointed and comfortable and the street is quiet and perfect for walking the dogs. It is a 5 minute drive into old Park City downtown and close to other shopping (While Foods) etc.

Beautiful condo and location

This was my first trip to Park City, and we had a wonderful family reunion at this spacious condo. The walking and hiking trails nearby were great, but when it began pouring rain we had a cozy time playing cards back at the condo in front of the fireplace. Everything was in excellent condition at the condo and it had all the amenities of home along with beautiful views of the mountains and the aspen turning golden. I am just sorry I was only able to stay for the weekend as one could spend weeks enjoying the many shops, restaurants, and outdoor activities nearby.

Great location, super comfortable for families

We stayed a few days this summer, hoping to come back once there's snow too. Great location in terms of access to mountains, trails, bus into the Park City downtown etc. We mostly parked and walked or biked once in town. The floor plan across levels means that there are quite a few stairs (not so good for disabilities) but makes it very private for families where kids can have their own level etc. Great kitchen, views up to the slopes. We'll be back :)

Great condo, great location.

This condo was perfect for our family trip. It has a beautiful kitchen, plenty of sleeping areas and two decks that overlook a pretty pond and the Park City Mountain ski runs. It is an easy car/bus ride to downtown Park City or Park City Mountain. It is also about a 10-15 minute walk from downtown. Big garage and plenty of space altogether to spread out. The owner was responsive and helpful. The property was clean and well-maintained. I would definitely recommend it.

Thanks for the use of your Park City Condo! The location of the condo was perfect for my needs. I liked the roomy feeling your place provided for additional family that visited.
