Welcome to our charming room, which is ideal for two people. With a generous area of 22 square metres, it offers plenty of space to relax and unwind. The room is equipped with a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm) that ensures a restful night’s sleep. A modern TV is available for you to enjoy your favourite shows.

The adjoining shower room is both practical and stylishly designed, so you can freshen up after a long day.

On the ground floor, you’ll find our inviting common area, which features a fully equipped kitchen and a large TV. Here, you can relax with other guests or prepare delicious meals. Depending on the season, a hearty breakfast is also served at Smart Resorts B&B 1. A washing machine is available for your laundry, which you can use at any time.

The outdoor area features a cosy seating area that’s ideal for relaxing when the weather is nice. We also offer free parking to make your stay even more convenient.

Our cosy Smart Resorts B&B 3 offers a total of 25 beds, spread across 8 comfortable rooms. Each room is individually decorated and features its own shower room and a TV to ensure you have a relaxing stay. On the ground floor, there is a spacious communal kitchen that is fully equipped and available for all guests to use. Right next to it is a spacious lounge with a large TV, perfect for cosy evenings. We also provide a washing machine that can be used as needed.

Outside the house, an inviting outdoor seating area invites you to enjoy the fresh air and relax.

With contactless access, you’ll enjoy maximum independence, and while our front desk isn’t staffed around the clock, it’s available 24/7 via a hotline. For just 9.90 EUR per person per night, you can optionally add breakfast to your booking. Three fully equipped communal kitchens as well as several inviting common areas with foosball and other recreational options are at your disposal. In addition, coffee and snack vending machines provide little moments of enjoyment throughout the day. To help protect the environment, rooms are not cleaned daily.

It is located in the Züschen district, 7 km from the Kahlen Asten, 6.5 km from the bike park, and 7 km from city centre Winterberg. In this resort town, you’ll find a bakery, a restaurant, and a supermarket (Edeka).

The Winterberg ski lift network is just a few minutes’ drive away.

Thanks to its natural setting, the house is an ideal starting point for winter sports enthusiasts, hikers, cyclists, and families. Motorcyclists are also welcome and will find well-maintained routes in Winterberg and throughout the Sauerland region.
