Equipped with cosy furnishings, you’ll enjoy your holiday in this 45 m² two-room apartment on the ground floor of our guesthouse.
From the balcony and the panoramic window, you’ll enjoy magnificent mountain views to the east, south, and west.

Our family-run guesthouse offers free parking right outside the door, as well as storage space for your bicycles or skis. Please note, however, that dogs or other pets are not permitted in the non-smoking apartment.

Enjoy a relaxing holiday at our quiet, privately run guesthouse in Weissbach, the hometown of Andreas Wellinger, the 2014 Sochi Olympic gold medalist in ski jumping. Just 3 km from the Inzell Speed Skating Centre, a holiday rental and an apartment await you for a carefree holiday.
Personal attention, a smile, and taking the time for our guests are important to us. We want you to feel at home here, leave the hustle and bustle behind, and enjoy your holiday.
​Our guesthouse is situated in a particularly quiet location in the Berchtesgadener Land holiday area, with direct access to the Chiemgau holiday region. We rent out 1 apartment and 1 holiday rental in our house, each accommodating 2 people.
Our accommodation serve as an ideal starting point for mountain hikes, mountain bike or cycling tours, cross-country or downhill skiing, as well as long walks or snow hikes in the valley.



On-site fees: Payment is due on site in cash. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys will be handed over in person on site. Pets are not allowed. The visitor’s tax of €2.00 per person/night (ages 16 and up) and €1.00 per person/night (ages 6–16) will be charged separately on site. Starting on 01.01.2026, the tourist tax is €2.50 per person per night (ages 16 and older). The base rate includes final cleaning, bed linens, towels, Wi-Fi, and parking.



Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 10:00, and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
