Vacation apartment 3 - Apartments am Nonnenbach

The new, modern, non-smoking apartment on the upper floor was just completed in August 2024.

The apartment is approximately 38 m² and can accommodate up to 3 people.
The separate bedroom with a queen-size bed (140x200 cm) can accommodate 1–2 people.
There is ample storage space in the spacious built-in closet.

The open kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave,
a glass-ceramic cooktop with range hood, a refrigerator with freezer compartment,
a coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, ... and is perfect for cooking and baking.

The dining area is located in the kitchen-diner and can also be used as a workspace.
The open living area features a spacious and cosy corner couch that can also be used as a sleeper sofa. There is also a small storage closet in the living area.
Satellite TV and internet (via Wi-Fi) are available.
The bathroom, which receives natural light, features a shower and toilet.
Access to the apartment is via an exterior spiral staircase.
The balcony is available for exclusive use.

Parking space available at the house.

A washing machine is available in the adjacent building and can be used as needed. 
This applies to guests of all three units.
The shared,
quiet garden area is also located next door.



The apartments are just a few minutes away from Lake Breitenau. There’s something for everyone here: sports enthusiasts, wine lovers, and those interested in culture and cuisine.



There is an outdoor seating area, a covered bike storage area, handcarts, etc., as well as parking spaces at the house and along the street.



Check-in is possible from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00, and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
